They collected all possible evidence and went back to police station to examine it. May nakuha silang tasa na maaring pinag-kapehan ng Warden. Meron ding isang envelope na naiwan sa mesa nito. But they didn't see any suspicious in the letter, simpleng request form lang iyon ng Warden sa gobyerno. Humihingi ito ng tulong sa GENERALS para sa pagdadagdag ng selda. Masikip na rin kasi ang detention center.

"Inspector, we're done examining the cup and it's negative."

He lift up his head to face Ivan."Good, PO2 De Jesus," he have an idea that the warden was poisoned but if the cup is negative;What's the culprit's technique to poison the warden?

"Did you read the letter inspector?" Alexis asked him. He just nodded in respond and turn his attention on the report. Muli niyang binasa iyon at pinag-aaralan ang bawat angulo ng kaso.

An investigator job is never easy but they need to set aside any emotional dilemma that might ruin the investigation. Kailangan nila ng lohikal na pag-iisp para nalutas ang kaso. Emotions come second. Pero hindi niya mapigilan ang sarili. Hindi niya maisantabi ang emosyon sa pagkamatay ng warden.

"And..?" Alexis asked again waiting for his answer.

"I found nothing."

Alexis position her thumb under her chin as if she's in deep thinking. "There's no clue left on the letter Inspector?"

"Wala,"

"Can I have it?" anito at inagaw sa kanya ang papel. Natigalgal na lang siya sa ginawang kilos nito at Hindi na na nakapag-reklamo.

"Anong gagawin mo d'yan?" tanong niya na lamang dito.

"We need to examine this," she mumbled. Mahina pa nitong winagayway ang papel sa hangin.

"Bakit Alexis?" tanong ni Ivan na tulad niya ay hindi rin makuha ang ibig ipahiwatig ng dalaga.

"The cup is negative and inspector said that he don't see something suspicious in the letter. So, maybe the clue left in this envelope itself not in the letter," Alexis ended her deduction with a victorious smile on her face.

"Ano namang possible clue na maiiwan sa envelope na 'yan, fingerprints?" tanong ulit ni Ivan.

"Isa na yon, and I also have this feeling that this envelope glue was poisoned and when Warden Dominguez licked the envelope to seal it, he died."

"So, you're saying that he was poisoned?"

"Yes, Ivan."

"Sino naman ang pwedeng gumawa nito?"

"Iyon ang aalamin pa natin. Inspector pwede ba akong sumama sa interrogation mamaya?"

And he just found himself nodding to the childish detective. Actually he's impressed how she flawlessly deduce the little details he forgot. Masayado niyang pinagtuunan ng pansin ang tasa kaysa sa envelope.
He was too clouded with his emotion.
Napangunahan siya ng emosyon kaya marahil nakaligtaan niya ang maliliit na bagay tulad ng napuna ng dalaga. Buti na nga lang ay nangulit itong maki-imbestiga sa kanila.

Mayamaya ay lumabas na rin siya sa kanyang opisina. As expected nakabuntot sa kanya ang makulit na detective.

He opened the interrogation room and walk inside with Alexis. SPO3 Niel Ty also come inside escorting one on their suspected list; ang deputy warden na si Mr. Manobo. Kung nakasarado ang opisina ng warden, dalawa lang posibleng dahilan; maybe the warden took his own life, but hats impossible! The warden asked for Alexis' help to find out who's responsible for the death threats he received tapos magpapakamatay ito? Someone locked the warden's office to make it look like a suicide. Bukod kay warden Dominguez, isa lang ang may access sa mga susi ng Ibarra's bloc at walang iba kundi ang deputy warden.
