I found my boss's number and dialled it. The phone rung thrice.
"Yeoboseyo," said the voice at the other end.
"Yeoboseyo, is this Hwang Se-Junsshi?" I asked.
"Yes, it is, who is this?" The person on the other end asked.
"It's me, Bae Honey." I said.
"Oh right. How are you? How are you finding the job?" he asked.
"Yes, I'm good and the job's good. I like it. It's certainly... different from other jobs. Thank you for giving me this opportunity. How about you?" I said.
"I'm well, thank you for asking. Anyway, what I wanted to tell you about your job is that you've been promoted. You're now one of VIXX's managers," he said.

I got up, cradling my wrist in my other hand and searched the fridge for ice packs. I found them right at the back. I didn't bother making food to eat. I wasn't hungry. I felt like death warmed up. I wrapped the ice packs, one around my wrist, the other onto my neck. I took a sharp breath in. They had started to sting as soon as the injuries had contacted the ice pack. I lied down on the sofa. I was so tired out that within a few minutes I passed out. I drifted off into a dream reminiscing the events of today.
I knew that tomorrow is a different day. Things will be different...
