ALMOST AT 9000 READS! WE CAN DO THIS! I know how much you guys love this story and how much you support me and so I have no doubt that you guys will get this story to 10k reads and maybe even more. And shout out to snowbarryallen (your comment was so sweet and I legit wanted to cry) Now, I've been watching the Flash these past couple of weeks and the amount of Snowbarry that's been in them makes me hopeful that it'll happen. Even in the Elseworlds crossover there's a Snowbarry scene which is when Barry goes to Caitlin after she's hit as the Green Arrow.
[Barry]
That Monday afternoon, Barry searched for Jessica across the campus, but it appeared as if she had vanished off the face of the Earth.
Or at least from the campus.
He didn't have her number so he couldn't text her. Actually, he didn't have anyone's number so he made a mental note to ask.
Are you going to get Caitlin's number? I mean, you guys are roommates after all.
Maybe. But we'll see
We'll see what? If you and Caitlin actually remain friends?
Barry shook his head and continued to look for Jessica. He couldn't find her anywhere so he resulted in heading to Felicity's dorm and knocked on the door. When the door opened, Barry saw Felicity.
"Have you see Jessica?"
"Hi, Barry. It's good to see you."
"Sorry. Hey. It's good to see you too."
Felicity gave him a soft smile. "Jessica's in the bathroom. You can wait on the couch."
Felicity let him in and he sat on the couch and waited.
"Hey, Felicity, what's for dinner?" was the first thing out of Jessica's mouth as she exited the bathroom a couple of minutes later.
Jessica's eyes glanced at the couch and saw Barry.
"What are you doing here?"
Barry stood up. "I came to check up on you. After our conversation, you just ran off and I wanted to see if you were okay."
Felicity glanced at Jessica and Barry. "I should give you guys a moment. I'll be out there."
Felicity walked out and let them talk.
"Who left you?"
"Why do you think that someone left me?"
"Because when you were talking to me, when you said that it sucks when people leave, you seemed hurt. Like you were speaking from experience."
Jessica sighed as she went over and sat next to him. She was silent for awhile and so was Barry.
"Someone did leave. You're right. But that's a long story for another day. Can you promise me something?"
