We're almost at 20k reads! Oh my gosh. That's crazy, but thank you. And I was listening to Eastside by Benny Blanco, Khalid and Halsey while writing this. And sorry that it's just one perspective. I got carried away lol

[Barry]

Barry woke up the following Saturday morning and saw Caitlin asleep. He decided to get some breakfast and brought it back to the dorm, and Caitlin was already awake. She exited the bathroom and the smell of pancakes hit her senses.

"I thought we could have breakfast here. It's the weekend after all."

"I'd like that."

They settled down on her bed and placed the plate in between them. Caitlin sat closer to the headboard and Barry sat closer to the edge of the bed. They began to eat and Barry took a piece of his pancake and threw it at her, which startled her.

"Barry!"

He smiled at her. "What?"

"Did you just throw a piece of pancake at me?"

Barry shook his head. "No."

She gave him a look. "Barry."

He took another piece of his pancake and threw it at her. She glared at him as he tried not to smile. She tried to push him playfully and he ended up falling off the bed and landed on his back.

"Barry, are you okay?"

Caitlin rushed up to check on him. His eyes were closed and she was worried. His foot went around her leg and he pulled it, making her fall on top of him.

Just as she did when they were playing tag at the park.

"I'm perfectly fine, Cait."

She wasn't too happy that he tricked her, but glad he was okay.

"I can see that."

He gave her a smile and she couldn't be mad at him. She gave him a smile back and when she tried to get up, Barry grabbed her waist and rolled around.

"Barry!"

She couldn't help but laugh as he ended up underneath. He got up and helped her up, still having a smile on his face. They went back to finish their breakfast before debating on what to do next.

"I actually was going to meet Ronnie. We have a test for our class, so we thought it'd be a good idea to study together. I'll see you later though. And thank you for breakfast."

Caitlin left and Barry sighed as she did so. He was bored and decided to go for a run around the campus. He grabbed his earphones and listened to music as he did so. Since he had his earphones, he wasn't able to hear the coach for track and field calling out to him. The coach had to run to catch up to Barry just to speak with him. Barry stopped when he realized that someone wanted to talk to him and stopped his music and pulled his earphones out.

"Hi, I'm the coach of track and field here. Coach Duncan. I saw when you ran past and was impressed with what I saw. What's your name, son?"

"Barry. Barry Allen."

"Well, Barry, have you ever thought about joining any sports while your here?"

Barry shook his head. "Not really. It's my first year, so I have awhile, but sports hasn't really been in my plan."

"I get it. I was a college student once, believe it or not. I didn't know if I wanted to do any sports while I was in college since I wanted to focus on my academics, but I joined and made long lasting friends and it was the best decision I have ever made. If you do decide to join, let me know. I want to give you a little information about track and field and you can decided if you want to or not."
