[Narrator]
Ever since she met Kai, Natalie always took time to go to the music room and play their song. He would be waiting for her sometimes, and other times, it would just be her.
She told Caitlin and Barry that she wanted to major in music, and explained that a song had opened her up to something she never knew she loved. Caitlin helped her meet with and advisor and they set up her plan for the next semester.
Her father didn't call her, and she never called him. She also didn't tell her mother about what her father had said, although it might've been the best solution. But Natalie didn't want to talk to her mother, as she couldn't understand how her mother ever had any romantic feelings for her father.
Natalie had Caitlin and Barry, neither of whom had spoken to the other about the kiss. Caitlin pretended like everything was fine, that she didn't see a thing. But it was eating her up inside and she didn't know how much she could keep it in.
Barry, on the other hand, was waiting for the right moment. With Christmas fast approaching, he thought it would be the best time to have the talk with Caitlin. Which is why Barry spent the whole day trying to find her only to find her in the dorm room.
"Cait."
Barry sat on his bed facing her and she glanced at him.
"I want to ask you something."
He stood up and took her hands in his and gave her that Barry Allen smile.
"Will you come for Christmas with me?"
Not what she thought he'd ask, but she kind of wanted to come anyway.
"I would love to."
He cupped her cheeks and kissed her. After a few seconds, he pulled away and rested his forehead against hers. He closed his eyes and tried to forget that the kiss Blaire gave him ever happened. But it did, which is why Barry kissed Caitlin again, this time, with more passion and feeling.
"Barry," Caitlin pulled away and glanced at him, "is everything okay?"
"I-" Barry wanted to tell her everything, but that would ruin the plan he had for later on. "Everything's fine. I just wanted to kiss you."
Caitlin nodded slowly, knowing that he wasn't okay. She had a feeling that it had something to do with the kiss she had seen, but didn't understand why he wasn't telling her.
"I'm going to the library to study. I'll see you tonight."
Caitlin got her stuff and left, making Barry sigh as he sat down. He had his head in his head and was losing his mind as there was a knock on the door.
"Come in."
The door opened and Barry was confused at the sight of Iris at the door.
"Iris, what are you doing here?"
"I just wanted to talk you. I know that I came on a little too strong throughout the semester and I wanted to apologize for that. I know that you don't really like me that much, and maybe it's because of how I was acting. But ever since I've gotten to know Eddie, I realized that my actions were out of line and inconsiderate. I just hope that you don't hold this against me and we could maybe start over?"
"Iris, it's not that I don't like you. Yes, you came on a little too strong, but I'm pretty sure that you're a very nice person and I'm glad you found someone. And I think starting over would be great."
"Hi, I'm Iris West."
"Barry Allen."

Oliver was studying at his dorm when the door opened and in came Rían and Mimi, Oliver's roommate and his girlfriend.
"Hey, dude."
"Hi. Oliver."
"Have you asked out that girl from across the hall yet?"
Oliver stopped writing and glanced at him. "No."
"I could do it for you."
Mimi elbowed him. "Leave him alone, Ri. He'll ask her out when he wants to. And you shouldn't even be talking, considering I'm the one who ask you out."
Rían sighed. "I thought we agreed that you wouldn't mention that."
"Why? Because you're too embarrassed to admit that you're not as tough as you think you are?"
Rían narrowed his eyes at Oliver. "I thought you were supposed to be studying."
"That stopped when you opened your mouth."
Mimi tolled here eyes. "You guys are so annoying."
"But you love us, babe."
"Do I?"
Rían held a hand to his heart. "That hurts. Really, really hurts."
Oliver stopped studying and got up. He opened the door and went across the hall. He knocked on the door as his heart was pounding hard against his chest
Jessica opened the door and Oliver was kind of relieved.
"Is Felicity here?"
"She's-"
"What's going on over here?"
Oliver turned around to see Felicity approaching them.
"Oliver was looking for you."
Felicity glanced at Oliver. "Here I am."
Oliver's words got stuck in his throat and Felicity placed her hand on his arm.
"Are you okay?"
He snapped out of it and glanced at her. "Friday night. 6 pm. Be ready."
"Oh, well I have to check my schedule and see if I'm not busy-"
"I'm not asking you, Felicity. And I think you know that."
Felicity and Oliver both had looks in their eyes which Jessica, Rían and Mimi noticed.
"Okay. Friday at 6."
"Perfect."
