You guyssssss. I'm going to cry right now. I just found out that this story in #8 in the Snowbarry tag, #1 in the Ronnie Raymond tag and #2 and #3 in two other tags. I seriously never thought that any of my stories would get a ranking, let alone make it to number one. You guys seriously are the best readers ever and hearing that my stories aren't trash and that they don't suck really makes me happy. You guys are the best. I'm surprised that nobody has commented Ronnie and Caitlin yet because they're mad. But if you're not mad now, just wait 😊
[Caitlin]
If Caitlin were to be honest, she enjoyed Ronnie's company. She liked studying Calculus with him and helping one another with their work. It was different from what she had with Barry and she liked it.
But, she had to admit, she missed spending time with Barry. She missed their study dates and the way Barry made her smile or laugh, which she hadn't done in a long time until she met Barry.
"Caitlin?"
But it seemed as if Ronnie had taken Barry's place, and if he did, then maybe he could make her smile.
"Sorry. Just thinking."
"About Barry?"
Caitlin froze up and looked at him. He had a soft smile on his face.
"I know you guys must be close, and I know that you guys like to study together, so it must be weird and awkward for both of you that I'm studying with you now. I'm sure he'll understand."
Caitlin gave him a soft smile, wishing that things with Barry were that simple.
They continued to study together and half an hour later, Cisco found them together and assumed that was Ronnie.
"Hey Caitlin. Who's your new friend?"
"Ronnie, this is Cisco. Cisco, this is Ronnie."
The two shared a smile before Cisco turned to Caitlin.
"Can we talk for a second?"
Caitlin glanced at Ronnie. "You don't mind, do you?"
"No, not at all."
