Julia clumsily crossed the threshold of her apartment, juggling several bags of heavy groceries in her arms. As she stumbled over to the kitchen, the telephone began to ring.

"Shit," She huffed under her breath, struggling to put the bags down gently. She sighed heavily and briskly made her way over to the telephone.

"Hello?" "Its Dave. Julia, kurts gone missing from rehab. He escaped." He reported, his voice quick and panicked. Her blood ran cold. Her grip on the phone grew tight. "Jules? Are you ok?" He asked, concern in his shaky voice.

"Y-Yes. When did he go missing?" She asked, trying to keep herself stitched together. "Just a few hours ago. Courtneys already hired a private investigator to try and hunt him down. Fuck, I don't even know where he could possibly be." Julia's ears were still ringing. She felt sick.

"Oh my god," she whispered, clamping a hand over her mouth. A wail passed her lips. She began to sob heavily. She didnt want to burden Dave with her sudden emotional instability, but she couldn't suppress the storm of anguish that had risen.

"Julia, im coming over there." The line went dead before she could protest. She sunk to the floor, burying her red face in her hands. She weeped loudly, gasping for air. It felt like the room was closing in on her, no escape from the nightmare she found herself in.

Her body shook as she sobbed on the cold, wooden floor of her apartment. She felt like she was in some twisted hell, designed just for her extreme displeasure.

What felt like hours passed, until she heard an urgent knocking at her door. She was still struggling to breath, the room spinning as she stumbled up to her feet. She was still a crying heap of heartbreak as she opened the door.

Dave's stomach dropped as he stared into Julia's watery, bloodshot eyes. "Oh god, Jules." He whispered, distraught at how torn apart she looked. She half collapsed into his arms, weeping even harder.

He held her upright in his strong grip, his fingers gently stroking her soft blonde hair. She was shaking violently in his hold. "C'mon, lets go lay down." He said softly, taking her hand, and leading her into down her hallway, and into her room.

She sniffled, kicking off her boots, and shrugging her jacket off. A soft cry slipped past her lips as she looked down. Tears pricked Dave's eyes as he watched the love of his life go through hell. She spun around, and took both of his hands. The two laid down together on the bed. Julia continued to shake as she rested her head on his shoulder. He embraced her.

He laid there, hoping and praying that Kurt would find his way back.
