Luke's POV

I wake up with no memory at all of last night, but I do remember Zoe.

I look at the trashed apartment and curse under my breath.

I never even asked for her number.

"Sleep well?" Michael yells making me clutch my head in pain.

"No" I groan

"That's cause you and that chick last night didn't sleep a wink" he smiles knowingly.

I through a pillow at him telling him to shut the hell up.

He taps his noise and leaves the room.

I pull out my phone and text Calum.

Where are you?

In hell he replies

Why? I thought you and that blonde girl really hit it off

She has a kid

So?

I'm committed now aren't I

How?

Single mums don't just have one night stands

Then why'd you give her your number

Cause I liked her before the kid

Your an idiot

I know

Zoe's POV

"Dan we need to talk" I pull him onto the sofa.

"I know"

"Really how?" I panic please say Luke hasn't told anyone.

"We've been together for so long and our relationship just hasn't moved. Zoe I'm so in love its you I'm scared of losing you"

"So what are you saying?" He takes my hand and bends down on one knee.

"Zoe Maria Elier will you do me the honour of being my wife"

"What-I-" I stutter watching his face fall.

"Let me think about it, I need time" I confirm my eyes filling with tears.

I may've fallen out of love with him but I can't hurt him.

I grab my coat and run out of the house.

Alex's POV

"You know what just leave" I sigh shooting him a look of pure disappointment.

"I'm sorry Al I just don't want anything serious" Calum defended

"First off you don't get to call me that and second what makes you think I wanted something serious?"

He looked at me slightly puzzled.

"But you have a kid" he stuttered.

"So? I don't want to get married and move into some grand house, I just don't want to be lonely" I shrug irrated.

"I'm so sorry Alex I didn't release" he said genuinely.

"Well it's to late now" I turn away.

"It's never to late, I have your number" he smirked

"I'll buy a new phone" I respond he then bursts out laughing.

"What's so funny you don't think I can afford a new phone do you?" I shout.

"No it wasn't that it was-" had began.

"JUST GET OUT OF MY HOUSE" I yell.

"Actually it's my house" Zoe's voice whispers meekly.

"And I want you out" she continues turning to Calum.

He holds his hands up in mock surrender and walks out.

"What's going on?" Alex asks pulling me into a hug.

"I...I...was on my way to...to...t...tell him and he...." She sobbed in my arms.

"...he proposed"'she cried loudly.

"Well that's brillant" I smile attempting to be happy for her and that knob she's dating.

"I never told him about Luke" she sobs.

"Shhhh....did you say yes?" I ask rubbing circles on her back.

"I said I need to think" she cries even harder.

"Do you want to marry him?" I reply.

"No"

"Then don't but you have to tell him the truth before he hears it from someone else"

"Will you do it with me. I'm sorry Zo but you have I do this one on your own" I smile sympathetically.
