Gonna Be Fun

Brynn pursed her lips as she watched Jon and Renee be all lovey on the back deck

It was her and Jon's 11 year anniversary and Jon booked them a villa in Arizona and it was so sunny and beautiful

Brynn had been so excited to come up here, just her and Jon, already planning to hit all the bars ans clubs, go check out the place and more and she had such hope for this trip....until he showed up at the airport with Renee

This trip had gone from 100 to 0 as soon as she saw the blonde behind Jon. It was no secret she and Renee didn't get along, and man did it piss her off when the trip that was just supposed to be for Jon and herself, became a trip for herself, Jon, and Jon's wife

She was a little disappointed and was really left out. Joe had a lot of responsibilities and priorities now so she told him to stay and handle them. They had been here for approximately 3 days, out of the 5 that Jon had rented the villa for and for those 3 days, Brynn stayed at home while Jon and Renee went out.

She listened to them talk about their plans for later on, once again excluding her and she decided to make a post on instagram

She actually missed Joe to bits and pieces and wished she could be with him but watching Jon forget her existance, made her feel to take a plane straight to Florida

She wordlessly got up and went inside, not too long after, she heard heavy footsteps following her

"What's up B?" Jon asked, looking at her and she shrugged

"Gonna head out for some breakfast," she said, making sure she looked at least quarter way decent

"Okay lemme ask Renee if she wants to come," Jon said, picking up his keys and Brynn stopped him and picked up her jacket

"How bout you two go up to your room and stay in there all day like you've been doing for the past 3 days?" She snarked with a roll of her eyes and Jon pursed his lips

"You're jealous?" He asked, tilting his head and she shook her head and picked up her key

"This was supposed to be our trip Jon, where we could go back in time like we were 21 and get drunk and stumble in at 3 in the morning, like old times," she said and then scoffed

"And for the last 3 days, you've been dressing up in suits and taking Renee to dinner, you'd think it wasn't our friendship anniversary, but it's fine, it's totally fine. I'm gonna head back to Pensacola tonight and you two can enjoy your trip in peace," Brynn said turning towards the door and pulling it open

"And you can fuck off from now on," she said, walking out the door

When the door shut with a slam, Jon flinched. Why was it that Jon never paid attention to Brynn anymore? He wondered this as he rubbed a hand over his face

He kicked the table and put his hands on his hips, his feet scuffling over the floor when the thought that he had thoroughly fucked up ran through his head. He scratched his chin and decided he needed to fix this

"Renee!" He called and trodded to where she was sitting

It was nearly 6pm when Brynn came back, she had stayed out all day, just sight seeing and buying some stuff

She unlocked the door and she froze. Jon was standing there in his jeans, blsck jersey and leather jacket, he looked good and ready to go out and she tilted her head

"I sent Renee out until tomorrow, she's staying with her grandma, and you need to shower," he told her

"Why?" She asked, throwing her keys into the dish

"Because we're gonna get wasted like we used to," he said and a wide smile instantly spread on her face and she jumped on him to hug him and he laughed

"Now get upstairs," he said playfully and she ran up, this was gonna be fun
