Long Gone

"Hey Brynn!" She heard someone yell and she turned, smiling when she saw who it was

"Hey Ronda," she replied, leaning in to hug the blonde

"So I just bought this goat farm that's a little away from where you and Roman live, I was thinking maybe you guys would come and hang out tomorrow?" She asked and Brynn winced

"I'm not sure Ron, Joe has a media appearance tomorrow-"

"Well can't you come?" She asked and Brynn smiled

"Does three work? I have to go to my future mother in law's house," she said and Ronda nodded

"Three's perfect actually, I'll text you the address," Ronda said and Brynn nodded and smiled, Ronda gave her a hug before she ran off for her match

Brynn wiped the sweat off her face, she just came back from a match against Trinity and she had won but Trin was so athletic and the match had been gruelling

She went back to the locker room and showered and changed into what she'd be wearing for the night, a leggings, a top, her jacket and a cap along with her trainers

She had been the second match on the card and she knew Joe had main event against Sheamus. She was looking around for him and finally found him sitting in the hair and makeup chair, getting a trim and she winked at Linda who had seen her around the corner before Joe had, since his eyes were closed and she stopped cutting his hair as Brynn walked over and sidled into Joe's lap and he gasped, eyes snapping open before he looked at her and grinned

"Hi love," she said smiling at him

"What up baby?" He asked, leaning in to peck her lips

"Aww look at you two," Allen cooed as he passed and saw them and he took out his phone and Joe turned and smiled as Linda kept cutting his hair

"I'll send this to you," Allen told them and Brynn laughed and thanked him before he sighed

"Young love, I need to go call Wendy, bye guys," he said and left, making Brynn and Joe laugh

"So since we're getting to be home tomorrow and Sunday, I was thinking we can go to the Interstate?" Joe asked

The Interstate was a carnival fair that would be in Pensacola for 3 nights and then would move on. It was one of Brynn's favorite things about Florida, because that's where she and Joe had, had their first date all those years ago

Their busy schedules made it so that they never were in town the same time that the Interstate was. Joe had looked it up though, and tomorrow was their last night in Pensacola so he thought to relive their first date

"Tomorrow?" Brynn asked sadly, she had made so many plans already, Joe frowned, that wasn't a good reaction...

"It's just that I'm driving up to see Tricia in the morning, and you got that media thing so I thought that I'd go see Ronda's new house, I'm sorry," she said and her heart broke, she was putting Joe after everyone, which sucked because he was the most important person to her

"Baby, it's okay," he said, smiling

"It is?" She asked, shocked, smiling when Linda slicked up the dry conditioner into her hands before applying it to Joe's hair

"Yeah, can you get back from Ronda's by 6?" He asked and she nodded

"Then we can still go to the fair, they're leaving Sunday morning and I want us to catch them before they leave," he explained and Brynn smiled

"Okay," she replied smiling at him

"Allen sent me the picture," Joe said, feeling the pocket of his cargo pants vibrate
