Brynn briefly caught a glimpse of the wall clock as she and Jon stumbled inside, wasted and clutching to each other, laughing loudly at Jon's attempt at walking in a straight line
Brynn laughed out loud as Jon slipped from her grip and fell on the floor, he sat up and began laughing as well
"I need a fucking cigarette," he slurred and she nodded
"When was the last time we got this drunk?" Jon asked as he went over to the cabinet and fumbled to find a lighter
"Our birthday like 3 years ago," she replied, stumbling over to him
They had always found it weird that they were best friends, born on the same day of the same year, an hour apart, almost like they were soulmates, and not romantically just in life
"You know you look real fucking hot in those pants," Jon said, locating the lighter and cursing when it fell in the sink
"Thanks," Brynn said and they decided to stumble their way outside to take a smoke
They were just recalling some of their best times together while they passed the cigarette back and forth between them
"Dude, the night in the woods was fucking awesome, I can't believe Robert fucking ditched us," Brynn said and Jon laughed as he took a pull from the cigarette
"I ate you out in the tent then we fucked on the docks," Jon replied, passing Brynn the cigarette
"I mean, we've had so much good times that I can't even remember some of them," she told him and he laughed
"I'm really happy we're best friends B, you don't even know, I was so set on marrying you," he said and Brynn laughed
"Really? After everything we went through?" She asked and laughed
"Especially after everything we went through," he admitted and she watched him closely
"Sometimes I really regret that we didn't make it," he continued and she smiled
"We weren't good for each other," she replied
"But I loved you," he replied and she smiled
"We're happier now and that's something I'm thankful for." He then said and she nodded in agreement
He passed her the cigarette the same time her phone rang and she took a pull as she blindly answered the facetime call
"Hey babe, I'm sorry for calling so- what the fuck are you doing?" She heard just as she inhaled the toxins from the cigarette, she winced
It was no secret that Joe hated when she smoked, he always thought it was bad and unhealthy but in Brynn's defense, she only smoked when she was with Jon and blackout drunk
It was either they smoked or they did some VERY adult things that ends up with them naked and she was sure Joe would appreciate the smoking more if he knew that
"Calm down daddy," she said with a smirk and half lidded eyes
The pet names when they were drunk were a little unusual to, Joe would call her 'lil mama' and she would call him 'daddy' but they loved it
"It's just one, I'll stop now," she admitted and blew the smoke away from the phone and then smiled as she saw Joe's calmer face and he raised the phone and laid back, exposing his naked torso
"You look so hot, is that all for me?" She asked eating up his shirtless form with lustful eyes and she and Jon went inside and Jon went up to his room and Brynn went to hers
"What I wouldn't give to have you in my room right now, I'd be on my knees so fast," she said and watched as Joe's eyes darkened drastically
She went to sleep at about 3am, she and Joe had been having phone sex and then just talked after, she had fun with Jon last night but she was ready to just be with Joe again.
She checked on Jon to see him face down on the bed, snoring lightly and she smiled and looked at the picture she took of them at the bar, she smiled and clicked post
