She sighed and picked up a bottle of water, her wrist tape, a towel and her phone and left for downstairs, to the hotel gym
She looked at the time, 9pm she decided she could go till 12am
She stretched and drank some water before she started on the thread mill, then went to the weight bench, she did a few reps and hoisted the weight back onto the rack, she wasn't going too hard since Jon was tired and wasn't there to spot her
She went over and drank some more water before she took up her skipping rope and did nearly 200 jumps
She sat down for 5 minutes, watching the sweat drip down her toned abs and she took deep breaths as she walked over to the wall and did a handstand then grunted as she went down and up 20 times and stopped
She sighed and sat down. Going over to where her towel was and picking it up, starting to feel uncomfortable as the sweat dripped down into her eyes. She directed her eyes to the wall clock and sighed 11:43pm
"You always did love the late days when there wasn't anyone in the gym." Someone said
It was the most familiar voice in the world and she immediately got chills up and down her spine. She had forgotten she was supposed to talk to him
"Hey," she greeted, looking at where Joe stood
"Didn't find you in the room, thought you'd be down here, then saw your instagram and it confirmed how well I know you." He spoke with a smile
"What's up?" She asked, sitting down on the bench
"I miss you." He genuinly said, walking closer to her
At his revelation, Brynn's breath hitched and looked at him
"You broke up with me." She stated
"I-I know. And seriously, I'm sorry babe. I shouldn't have ever in a million years, should've even thought about being without you." He said, his eyebrows furrowing together in sincerity
"I'm so sorry." He admitted and she glanced at him and sighed
"It's okay. I should've given you an explanation as to why this was so tough for me." She responded
"I was always so scared of marriage, ever since my mom and dad divorced and then I was engaged to Fergal and the wedding was called off. Then what if we do get married, and have kids and then for some odd reason we were to divorce, I don't wanna put our kids through that Joe, I can't." She admitted shaking her head
And Joe was shocked beyond a shadow of a doubt
"You're scared." He not so much asked as he stated, she nodded and Joe scooted closer to her on the bench and cupped her cheek with his palm
"Babe, I love you. I always will. Why're you scared?" He asked, looking at her compassionately
"I'm scared of losing you." She admitted and that's when Joe felt love bursting from his veins
"You'll never ever lose me. I love you Brynn and no matter what happens, I will never leave you again. Baby, I care about you and I value this relationship more than my life. And I want you in my life always, that's why I was so insistent on marrying you. I just want to be with you forever." He admitted and she nodded
"I wanna wake up next to you, I wanna kiss you and hug you and make love to you and cook for you, have a family with you, grow old with you, I wanna do everything with you Brynn," he continued and she smiled at him
"I respect your feelings, I just need to know, do you want to marry me? Do you want to have my kids?" He asked
"Absolutely." She said without hesitation
"I love you Joe. I wanna do everything to make you happy. But I'm so scared of losing you, losing what we have. I can't risk losing my happiness for anything." She spoke, holding his hands
"You'd never lose me." He replied
"How can you be sure Joseph? We separated for what? 2 weeks? And we haven't actually spoken until tonight. What would happen if we divorced Joe? Would we never speak to each other again? I can't risk it." She said biting her lip
"And you won't. I love you Brynn no matter what happens...oute alofa ia oe." He said, resting his forehead against hers

She looked over and leaned in, kissing him much to his pleasurable surprise as they engaged in a much needed liplock, when they parted, he licked his lips and her arms stayed around his neck
"What'dya say we go upstairs and I finish my workout with you?" She said, biting her lip seductively
"I'm all for that cardio," he replied with a grin
She packed up everything and they got upstairs. As soon as they were inside the door, Joe pushed her against the door as they locked lips again
