I turn sixteen in two weeks which is fun.. I guess.

Demi and Marisa are still together, I'm still single and Sky is still boring.

'Can I have a friend over tomorrow?'

'Who is she?' She asked with a smirk

'How'd you know it was a 'her'?'

'I can see it in your eyes now who is she?' She asked getting all jumping and smiley.

'A friend from the care home' I said simply.

'You're old girlfriend?' Marisa squealed.

'Can she come over?' I asked Demi, ignoring Marisa question.

'Only if you answer Marisa's question' she teased

'Okay fine! Yes, she's my old girlfriend. Her name is McKenzie and I haven't seen her or heard from her in months. Can she please come over tomorrow?'

'As long as there's inappropriate behaviour, yes, your friend, girlfriend, crush, whatever, can come over' Demi said with a wink.

Omg yes! Come over tomorrow!

I live at 12 kindle avenue. Come over around 12?

'Babe'..

With that one word, all the feeling I ever had towards her came back.

Tomorrow should be interesting.

'Natalie!' Demi yelled for the third time.

It was 11:40. Kenzie would be over soon and I wasn't even out of bed.

'Nat get up!' Marisa scolded

I didn't budge.

I heard footsteps and some muffled voices and then more door opened.

Knowing Demi she's gonna poor water on my head.. But she didn't.

'If you want to make to the movie I strongly suggest getting your ass out of bed'

'Kenzie!' I screamed

'Go get dressed'

She kissed my cheek and then walked back down stairs.

'Ready?' She asked me after an hour of getting ready.

'Two seconds' I said, talking out my phone and taking a photo of Kenzie and Sky. Sky was asleep in Kenzie's arms. It was adorable.

'We going?' I asked

'Yeah' Kenzie replied and put Sky on her Camp Rock beanbag.

I got it mainly to piss Demi off but Sky actually adores it.

'Bye Sky' Kenzie said and kissed her head.

'Bye Darissa!' I yelled up the stairs.

'Who's Darissa?'

'It's Demi and Marisa's ship name. They get mad whenever I say it so I say it all the time. It's easier and faster to say Darissa than it is to say Demi and Marisa'

'So in other words you're still lazy and you still enjoy annoying people' she replied.

'Hey shut up!' I said and playfully pushed her.

'In all seriousness though. How are you?' Kenzie asked whilst we waited for the bus.

'I'm good' I said with a fakeish smile.

'What' up?'

'Nothing, I'm fine' I replied sigh yet another fakeish smile.

'Babe I can read you like a book. I know I haven't seen you in ages but that doesn't mean I've forgotten how you act' she said and held my hand.

'It amazes me how much I still trust you'

'What's up?' She asked once again.

'Every day just seems like everything is getting worse. I'm loosing hope of anything ever getting better. I'm falling back into bad habits'

'Like what?'

'Self harming and not eating' I said sadly 'Dem doesn't know and I feel horrible for keeping this from her but if I tell her she'll get all worried and over protective'

'I'm here for you. Remember that' Kenzie said and hugged me 'I'm not going anywhere this time. I'm here for you. Always and forever'

'I believe you' I said quietly.

It was the truth. I did believe her. I'll always believe her.

Why?

Because I love her.
