Sunday 8th of June
It's raining, it's pouring. The old man is snoring. It's actually raining outside and I look out the window to see the water wash away all the leaves and other rubbish into the gutter. I'm eating ice cream. I'm eating mango and vanilla ice cream. I have a spoon and a tub. I haven't eaten anything since last night. I was looking out the window and I see my window fogged up. I wipe the window.
I love it when it rains. It's cold and a time to snuggle and drink some hot cocoa. I just wriggled into my blanket and pulled the woolly blanket on top of the one I was covering myself with. I turned on the TV and I had already placed the movie of my choice in the DVD player. The movie I chose is 'Bend it like Beckham' which stars Parminder Nagra as Jess and Keira Knightley as Jules.
As I was watching the movie, I was halfway and I laughed in a couple of funny situations. Like the part where her mum mistook Jules for a boy and assumed she was messing around with ''him''. Jess is an Indian girl who doesn't want to follow her parent’s traditional wishes. Her mum wants her to marry a Punjabi husband learn how to make chapattis. Jess has amazing soccer skills and then she lies about travelling to Germany, only to play a soccer tournament. Then she and her friend Jules fall for the same guy, Joe (their coach), who isn't even remotely attractive and what happened to having no relationships with your players.
The one thing I like about Jess is that even though her parents were against her dreams, she didn't let that stop her. Even if the finals happened to be on the day of her sister's wedding.
So it got me thinking, if Jess risked everything just so that she could become a soccer player then why am I moping around. I am going to get my diary back before it causes more harm but more importantly, before I lose another friend.
I decided to Skype my friends. I scrolled through my lists and I check who's available and who's not. I see Andrealle with the username:
AndrealleCinderell_XOX
Because it sort of rhymes with Cinderella if only her much changed the 'e' to an 'a'.
KEMILOVESFOODANDIFYOUEVERSTEALAPACKETOFCHIPSFROMHERYOU'LLBE DEADMEAT.
That was her old one and also it scared a few people away. But it is true, you never ever touch her chips. She will go crazy. Akemi changed hers to:

I checked and scrolled Leah's which IsLeah'sLalaLand:))
I checked Jade and she was on. Her name is Caparelli_0h so smelly ~~~
I hesitated before scrolling back up. I know that right now isn't the right time to talk with her because after my little sick session, my dad made me miss a week but that didn't mean that Akemi didn't fill me in.
She told me that people kept giving Jade a dollar every day so that they could support her sister. Also some guys offered to give her 100 bucks if she did a certain something and apparently she left school for a week right after I did. It didn't help when everyone would give her sympathy and Rebecca said she was povo and that everyone had to be nice. At assembly she embarrassed Jade on the stage (That girl only got chosen in the student council because she bribed everyone). Rebecca said that the school should participate in a charity and also help support those who are less privileged. Jessica also suggested the ones that find it hard to afford the kids to go to an elite school. So she announced that the school should donate £1000 but Jade was disgraced in front of the whole school.
I really want to wring that girl by the neck.
I call Andrealle and she answers with a towel wrapped around her hair.
"Hey girl" Andrealle says
"Hi Elle" I call out
"I was washing my hair" she explains
"That's ok. I'm going to call Akemi so that we can all talk together" I tell her
I call Akemi and she doesn't pick up. I call her 3 times and she still has picked up. It says that she is available. I wait for ten minutes and I'm about to give up and Andrealle encouraged me to call one more time and I do. This time it goes through. I see Kemi lock the door and jump on the bed with her face at the screen.
"We have been calling you for nearly 15 minutes" Andrealle scolds at her playfully
"I didn't want my parents to know. It's always study and nothing else" she huffs
"As long as you here, that's all that matter" I tell her
"So why did you call us. You obviously want something" Andrealle takes the towel off and dries her hair.
"Ok-"
"Wait" Kemi says at the same time.
We hear some shuffling in the background and some noise. I hear something bang and a crinkle. We see Akemi back on the screen with a packet of chips. Andrealle and I roll our eyes. That girl has a mini fridge from underneath her bed.
"How would you guys like to go on an adventure" I see the both of them look at each other.
"What kind of adventure" Akemi said slowly
"A diary hunting one"
"Why?" Andrealle asks
"Because I am going to take back what is rightfully mine" I told them confidently
"Count me in" Akemi cheered and I waited for Andrealle's answer
"Fine but if I think it's too risky then we have to stop. Ok?" Andrealle asks for confirmation.
"Agreed" the both of us say, and then we laugh.
"I'm really lucky to have you guys"
"You should be. We're one of a kind" Andrealle says and we all chuckle.
