Was It All A Dare? {Jonah Marias}

~:Chapter Fourty:~

{a month later} We've been killing it at the battle of the bands. We have the finale today who ever has made it here which is us and another band. Jonah is FINALLY coming to tonight's thing. His work had been keeping him locked up and he had the others record it for him. But tonight I'll see him in the crowed I'm so excited. We are planning to sing, well have me sing at least, my song I made for Jonah and I'm actually pretty nervous. The band we are against is going up first. So all we are doing are practicing for now. I keep messing up cause I'm so scared.

"Hey hey hey." Ocean said as I sat down.

"It's useless I'm too scared!" I said flailing my arms.

"Remember what you told me. Look at or think about the person you love and pretend it's just you two." She said smiling. I looked up at her and smiled.

"Also Alexa you're amazing! You don't need to be nervous. We are gonna kill the competition not literally but you know." She said laughing as the security guard looked over a little. I let out a small chuckle and then jumped up.

"Yes! We are gonna smash it. Let's practice again." I said as I saw them get all excited and hugged me. We practiced again and that time it was perfect. We all got hyped and after we got called out the nervous fear came back. We did our cheer we made up.

"We got rules. Not one, not 2, but 3. Slay, have fun, and more importantly be heard! Let's go Three Rules!!" We all said in unison. We got in a group hug then ran to stage. People are clapping and I hear some cheering us on. There is like not a lot it's probably 50 people maybe a tiny bit more.

"Okay Three Rules play is your song." The judge said as he writes something on his board and the girl by him doing the same. I slowly counted to one from three.

As I was singing I put so much emotion in it and at points I would look at Jonah and see his cute big smile. I wasn't paying attention to anything else but me singing and him. After we finished I was heavily breathing and I look at Ocean and Kai and they were smiling. I look back at the crowd and I see everyone standing up and clapping. The judges dismissed us so they can pick the winner.

We got to be with friends and family. We all walk out to look for everyone else. I wasn't paying attention until I noticed a person running up and lifting me off the ground and passionately kissing my lips. I smile as I get put on the ground.

"You were amazing out there Alex." He said looking into my eyes and smiling.

"Thank you Jo." I said blushing a bit. He pulled me into another hug. I got to hug everyone else and talk. Everyone got called again. Us and the other band had to go up on stage for the call. Once we all were on stage I saw all the boys giving us thumbs ups.

"The band we chose showed us a lot passion and excitement. That is what is important to us." The judge said.

"Hey just get to who won." I hear Reed scream from the crowed and I saw the judge shake her head. Us three tried to hide our embarrassment and laughter.

"Okay okay." She said and then paused to open up the fancy envelope, "Three Rules!" Once she said that we all froze and everything seemed to be slow motion. I started covering my mouth as the other two formed the group hug. I walked up and grabbed the envelope. She smiled at me and whispered good job. We all walked off and then the boys gave us a group hug and just smiled. Me and Jonah started walking to his car to go home since we had a long day.
