"Woah woah hold it!" Everyone stopped talking of their theories as they heard Mick's voice. The team members had been just as confused as he and Lisa were when it came to the situation with his partner. "You all seem quite quick to judge now aren't you.." Mick said. His voice having a hint of coldness while glaring at his teammates. "Do you think Snart is really going to like you all being so quick to making accusations? Thinking he's gone back to his old ways? He has a family! This one along with the one he formed with Sara. He wouldn't do that to her and his daughters. He wouldn't betray them, or any of you. And I'm sure he thought that should've been obvious when he risked himself to destroy the oculus!" Mick began rambling before any of them could interrupt. Letting some anger show through. Letting the team know he hated them for even thinking such thoughts. They automatically decided to think the worst of his partner. "He may have been a cold hearted thief. But he is loyal. He wouldn't betray either of you. And he wouldn't automatically assume such thoughts on any of you.. Besides, don't you think Sara would know? If something is wrong with Snart? Whatever it is, it isn't his fault. Something must still be screwing up his brain from when he was dead.. When Savage found him. Don't forget. Savage was good at doing numbers on people. Just remember Carter... Even me. It sure as hell took me quite awhile to get back to my old self again after figuring things out.." He wanted to make sure he had all his arguments in before the team members started up talking all at once again. Mick knew something was up with his partner. And he feared that Lisa's fears were correct. Mick was mostly stating his theories out loud because he hoped any of them were true but what they thought. Not to mention after all, Leo was his partner, and he felt the need to defend him. As Leo defended Mick on many occasions.

Professor Stein crossed his arms across his chest and raised his eye slightly glancing at Mick. "You don't seem all that surprised about this Mr. Rory.. What do you already know that you haven't been telling us? And how long have you known?" Mick sighed. This was one of the reasons he hadn't been a fan of the squad when they first started out. Whenever something came up, they were always quick in placing blame because someone looked guilty. Instead of allowing for them to explain things first. He of course knew why they would all be skeptical. They had been betrayed by their own team members before. Including him when he had been Chronos. But that wasn't exactly their fault either. There was a bit of influence.. Brainwashing involved in those situations.

Mick ignored the team members for now and kept his focus on Stein. Though he had been with the team for quite awhile now. It seemed Martin had been the one Mick grew closest to after Leo's supposed death. So he trusted him the most. Him and Ray. "Not for very long. Just for a couple of days." He began. "After Lisa came speaking to me about her suspicions." Martin narrowed his eyes. Not liking the idea Lisa seemed involved. He didn't think Leo would ever hurt Lisa or Abby should either of them find out. Martin also didn't think Leo would go back to being Captain Cold and risk losing his family on his own accord. He agreed with Mick that there had to be someone behind it. Some other reason. Someone who perhaps brainwashed him again. Or one of his enemies blackmailed Leo. Perhaps someone simply trying to frame Snart for his past actions. And that would be who they had to worry about going after Lisa. If Snart's enemies became aware that she was poking her nose in their business. They weren't going to like that, and Lisa would be in great danger.

Martin remained silent a moment as he let his mind wander with ideas. "Does Abby know?" Mick shook his head. "No.. As far as I'm aware, the only one who knows is Lisa. I've gone to Leo already and asked him a bit about it. He claims he is still the same Snart. But he did get rather defensive and was pretty quick to answer no when I asked." Mick said, though he was reluctant to add that in. It's what tipped Mick off though, that perhaps there really was something going on.

Mick let out a sigh as Stein went quiet, trying to think things through. "Look, let me handle this one for now. I didn't say anything at first when Lisa asked because I wanted to make sure we had something to worry about before actually telling you guys. My plan was to observe from afar. If there would've been any suspicious activities, I would've told you. I didn't want to tell you now because it was too early for deciding exactly what's going on. Not often, but sometimes if Snart does talk, he at least talks to me. I was hoping to maybe get a few details out of him, try and talk him out of whatever mess he may be in. We don't know who or what we are dealing with. Let me keep a watch on my partner for awhile. I promise I'll report any activities.."

Stein looked hesitant at first before finally agreeing. "I will allow for you to do as such.. However, if the situation becomes worse, the rest of us team members will have to take action. Especially should it come to where Abby, Lisa or Sara could be in harm's way.." Mick nodded. "Deal.. I wouldn't want any of them getting hurt in whatever battle this is either. Abby's already been through enough herself. And Lisa doesn't need to be exposed to such.. Which is why I told her to keep going on as if she didn't suspect a thing. Our last conversation when I tried asking Snart, I left Lisa's suspicions out of it. He has no clue that she's the one who brought the initial concern.." Mick added.

Martin remained quiet as he dwelled on what Mick said. He still didn't like the idea. He thought they should act soon, come up with a plan. Get to Snart before anymore damage could be done. Remembering what they did to Carter and Mick were why Martin wanted to act right away. So they could get to Leo while they still had a chance. Get to them before they were too far gone in the hands of their enemy. But he was also aware, not all their plans they had in the past, worked like they wanted. And in a way though Martin hated to admit it. Mick was right. They should wait to see first. Make sure they had a reason for getting involved. And if there wasn't anything going on, he didn't want them ruining things between Leo and Sara. He didn't want the team causing unnecessary problems between the family. They've been able to live their lives the last few years in peace for once after what happened with the time bureau and them thinking Snart was an anachronism. Sara and Leo deserved to live their lives in peace and happiness for once without any interruptions. After all they've been through. Martin didn't want to break that for them.

Martin let out a sigh before slowly nodding his head at Mick. "Alright mister Rory. I can allow you for now to keep an eye on Leo. If there is anything out of the ordinary that happens. Come straight to me.." Martin answered. The last sentence being more of an order. Though Mick had already told him he would let them know of anything mischief going on. "Gideon.. You'll inform us of everything that happens with mister Snart?" Martin asked. "Of course captain.." Gideon's voice answered.

"Thank you professor." Mick responded. As the other team members disappeared back to their quarters once professor Stein dismissed them. Mick began making his way to the ship exit. "Where are you going?" Mick stalled in his footsteps gritting his teeth slightly at the familiar voice. He had hoped he could escape without notice. Mick wasn't sure why, but he had some kind of feeling. And he felt he should go check things out.

"Haircut.. That's none of your concern." He hissed. Getting annoyed Ray always seemed to be nearby, catching him whenever he was ready to sneak off somewhere. Ray crossed his arms across his chest. "I think it is. Especially if you're going where I think you're going."

"And where do you think it is I'm going?" Mick asked. "I think you're going to Leonard and Sara's.. And I'm coming with you.." Mick glared at him. "Like hell you are.." He retorted back. "You're going because you have an inkling.. And so do I.. I'm coming with you. Because if your intuition and my intuition are correct.. Then you're going to need some back up."

Mick let out a low growl hoping it would scare Ray off. "I can handle myself when it comes to my partner. I know him better than any one of you. Besides, I will be fine. They're not even going to know I'm there. I'm doing exactly as I said I'm going to. Watch from afar. If something comes up, your team is going to need you. You best stay here." Mick opened the entrance before stepping out of the ship, making his way towards Leo's place. Not even bothering to look back if Ray followed him.
