I stared at my mother speechless. She caught me. I'm so dead. She was gonna beat the shit out of me. But she didn't speak. She just looked at me.
"You should be ashamed of yourself." She said.
"Why?" I asked.
"You're a disgrace to all of humanity, you gay faggot. If I knew you were going to choose to date only girls, I would've had an abortion!" She shouted.
"I didn't choose my sexuality! I was born that way!" I shouted. Her hand ripped across my face like a knife. I clutches my cheek. She grabbed my arm and with a tight grip, drags me into her office. She closed the door and locked it. She grabbed my hair and pushed me against the wall, facing towards it. I felt my phone leave my back pocket.
"What is your passcode?" She said.
"Not telling you." She slammed my face against the wall. I groaned in pain.
"The last four digits of my phone number." I said. I glanced over at my mother. I didn't know what she was doing. She appeared to be texting. Then she looked at me before she throws my phone against the wall beside me, smashing it. "MOM!" I shouted. I grabbed it. The screen is smashed and glass was falling out. It turned on but I acted like it didn't so she wouldn't take it. She snatched it from me and slammed it down onto her desk. She looked at me angrily. She grabbed me by the hair and forced me to the ground. Then she started kicking me over and over again. I didn't fight back. I was too weak for that. She stopped, unlocked the door and walked out. I just laid there and cried, unable to move. She was going to fucking kill me. I heard her footsteps. She walked back into the room, closed the door behind her, and locked it.
"Sit up." She snapped. I laid there. "Sit up or I'll rip your hair and that stupid piercing out." I sat up. "Take the piercing out." I sighed and took it out. I saw a bulge in her back pocket. What was it? She looked at me and then pushed me to the ground with my stomach against the ground. She pinned me down with her knee digging into my back. She pulled my hair. "You look even more gay with this hair." She said, tugging on it. I groaned in pain and tried to get away from her. She got off me and stood up and kicked me again and again and again. Then everything went black.
I woke up on the ground in mom's office. My whole body ached. I groaned and sat up. I struggled to get to up. I grabbed onto her desk and used it for support. My mom was nowhere in sight. I glanced at my broken phone. I picked it up and turned it on. I unlocked it and texted Amber.
Me:
Hey I have some shit going on at home so you might not hear from me a lot the next few days. I'm sorry. I love you.I didn't wait for her response. I turned my phone off and placed it back where it was. I left the office and walked into the living room. Mom was sitting on the couch watching TV. I slowly walked upstairs.
"Get back down here." Mom said. I sighed and walked back down the stairs. She turned the TV off and stood up. She turned to me. "I'm surprised you didn't try to leave, faggot."
"I'm surprised you didn't kick me out of the house, bitch." I said. I shouldn't have said that. Mom ripped her hand across my face. I clutched my cheek.
"You're not leaving this house unless you're going to school or running errands with me." She said. I rolled my eyes.
"If you hate having me around why do you bother keeping me here?" I asked. The doorbell rang before she could say anything.
"Go in my office. Don't come out." She said. I sighed and walked into her office. I heard the front door open.
"Hey Angela." I heard a man say.
