Max's POV

"So are we going back to my place or?"

I giggled quiet aware I was drunk off my ass but at this point who cares.

"Sure but um i-i need to find my, my um my Kat, yeah." I walked away stumbling over something that wasn't there. "Um you brought a cat?" I started to laugh very loudly. "No silly my friend I'll find her then we'll leave okay." I walked away looking for Kat. "Where is she?" I mumbled stumbling up the stairs looking in every room for her. I finally found her in the bathroom making out with someone I couldn't recognize. "Kat I found you! Im going to leave with…boy so see you later!"

"Wait wait wait wait, you can't leave me here." Kat climbed down off the sink and walked towards me. "Don't worry she'll go with whoever and you can go with me." The guy grabbed Kat by the waist. She giggle, I guessed she was about as drunk as I was. "Bye Whatever your name is." I stumbled down the hallway to find that guy. "Max!"

I turned around and saw Calum and rolled my eyes I seriously didn't need him killing my buzz. "What Calum Im about to leave"

"What you can't drive like this, I can literally smell the alcohol on you."

"Who said that I was driving?"

"What I know Kat isn't driving I've seen her and she's just as drunk as you are, look come on I'll take you home." Calum grabbed my arm and I pushed him away. "No go away." I walked away to find the dude I was leaving with. "Come on I'm ready to go.". I grabbed his arm and lead him towards the door. "Max where do you think your going with him."

"To his place now leave us alone."

Calums POV

What the hell? She's leaving with Justin? How much did I miss. O ran inside the house to find Luke. I finally found him downing a beer in the kitchen. "Look did I got to go I'll see you later."

"Wait what we just got here about an hour ago."

"Yeah I know but I have to take care of something."

"Don't tell me its about Max, dude you two broke up just leave her alone you should have never cheated on her its your fucking fault so leave it be."

"You don't even know the whole fucking story so fuck off Luke ." I walked away from Luke I didn't need his bullshit right now. I ran out into the parking lot and saw Justin's car gone. I should have never let her leave with him. She doesn't know what Justin is capable of he could ruin her life just like he did to Miranda and not give two shits about it. Max said something about going to his house so I guess that's the first place I should look. I got into the car and sped off, blood boiling. I swear if he so much as lay a finger on her I will kill him with my own two hands and  not give a rats ass. I stopped right in front of Justin's house and ran to the door banging on it "Justin open the fucking door!" I banned on the door harder. After 5 minutes still no reply. " fuck this shit." I was going to get into this house one way or another I walked to the side of the house  to see of ant of the windows were open, no luck. I took my jacked off and wrapped my name in it and punched through the window and climbed in. "No I don't want to do this any more get off!"

Max's POV

I struggle to get out of Justin's grip. "Get the fuck off of me!"

I screamed and kicked but he wouldn't let go. "Get the fuck off of her!" I recognized the voice it was Calum. I got knocked off the bed onto the floor. By time I looked up I saw Calum on top of Justin punching him blood on both of their faces. "Calum stop that's enough!" I tried to pull Calum off of Justin. Calum got off of him furious. "So it looks like little Calum came back, for what?"

"You took it too far Justin first Miranda now Max, you took it too fucking far."

"Cry me a river Miranda knew what she was getting herself into before we fucked and where is she now? 16 with a kid I couldn't give two shits about." I was shocked I've heard about Miranda but I never heard about her getting pregnant I just know she was sent away to live with her father. "Your a monster." I was on the verge of tears. What was I thinking why did I come here I didn't even know the guy hell I didn't even know his name. "And everyone is a monster in their own little way whether they like it or not." Calum grabbed my arm and dragged me out the house. Once we got to the car he helped me inside and drove off. It was really silent.

"Calum please talk to me." Calum looked at me and tightened his grip on the steering wheel, I watched as his knuckles bled from the fresh cuts. "What did I tell you earlier?"

"Calum please don't-"

"Answer my fucking question Maxine."

I looked out the window as tears rolled down my face and replied silently. "You told me not to go to the party." I barely whispered. Calum suddenly pulled over and stopped the car.

"Please don't yell at me." I whispered

I was shocked when Calum pulled me into a hug. "I've missed you so much. I made a stupid mistake and I'm sorry I really am, and seeing you with him tonight showed me how much I need you. Please Max take me back so I can make sure something like this never happens again." I didn't know what to say. But there was only one thing I could say. "Yes." I smiled for the first time in weeks a real smile. "We can go to my place tonight I'll drop you back off at home in the morning okay."

"But what about your mom?"

"I don't stay with her anymore after we broke up a little bit after we got into an argument about me being out past curfew she said as long as I lived under her roof I love by her rules, so I packed my shit and moved out."

"Oh, well how did your mother feel about that?"

"She was pretty pissed about it even tried to call my dad on me, but he was pretty cool with it as long as I keep my grades up, some thing about responsibility and independence."

"Well look at you Mr.independent." I smiled again finally feeling happy
