"How did you keep up with her?" Elijah questioned Seraphina, who looked at him as they walked up the steps to the apartment Elena was in.

"Some people might call it stalking," Seraphina answered. "But, I call it light hunting." She smiled as she ripped the heart out of the guard at the door. Elijah pushes the door open, making Damon, Rose, and Elena turn to the door.

"I killed you, you were dead!" Damon accused as Seraphina dropped the heart. "And I thought you were on our side!"

"For centuries now," Elijah answered Damon. He turned to one of the other vampires. "Who are you?" He questioned him.

"Who are you?" He shot back.

"I'm Elijah," He replied. "And this is Seraphina," Elijah introduced, making the raven-haired girl smile and wave at the man. The man's face morphed into shock and awe.

"We were going to bring her to you," The man quickly informed. "For Klaus, she's the doppelgänger, I don't know how she exists, but she does," The man added. "Klaus will want to see her."

"Does anyone else know that you're here?" Seraphina questioned, pulling out Elijah's handkerchief and wiping her hands.

"No."

"Well, then you've been incredibly helpful," Seraphina told him, sliding away so Elijah could do what she knew he was planning to do. With one swift movement, his hands were buried deep in the two men, ripping their hearts out and letting them fall to the ground.

"Where's Luka?" Elijah questioned as the two walked into Dr. Martin's apartment.

"Asleep," He answered the original.

"His shadow spell was successful," Elijah informed as he looked out the window. "I was about to track that girl. However I did have a little run-in with Seraphina's brother, the one that "killed" me."

"You didn't trust my hunting, Elijah?" Seraphina questioned.

"I assume he didn't live to tell about it," Dr. Martin spoke.

"Actually, I spared him," Elijah informed. "He'd die before he'd let anything happen to her," Elijah stated. "They both would."

"Unfortunately, you're right," Seraphina chirped as she moved towards the bathroom. "I'm going to shower, I have blood under my nails."

"She'll be kept safe."

"For now."

"Well, that's precisely what we need her to be," Elijah told. "Safe."

Seraphina looked around the Gilbert kitchen, her and Elijah waiting on Jenna to get all of the books they "needed".

"Hey, what are you doing?" Elena questioned her aunt, making Elijah and Seraphina share a look as they listened in.

"Oh, perfect timing!" Jenna announced.

"What is this stuff?" Elena questioned.

"Your moms' files from the historical society," Jenna told. "I got roped into helping Mrs. Lockwood, and by roped in, I mean very excited to participate," Jenna spoke louder as she closed the door, the sight of the two vampires in her kitchen made Elena gasp.
