"Fine, let's get it over with."

Seraphina sat down, making Klaus hurry to do the same. "Talk, my patience with you is wearing thin." She sneered, making Klaus sigh.

"Let's not get the divorce." He began, making Seraphina snort. "I will let you run free, you can choose when you want to come back when you want to work on our relationship, everything. It's your terms."

"I know you're joking, Niklaus Mikaelson." She laughed. "You like the hunt." She paused. "How could you not hunt me down?" She questioned him.

"I wouldn't, and I'll even make sure Elijah keeps me here," Klaus replied.

"I want Hayley and the baby dead," Seraphina spoke suddenly, her brows furrowing for a moment.

"Seraphina," Klaus spoke, putting his hand on her arm. "It's not the baby you want dead,"

"I know what I want, and that's what I want." Seraphina stood up, looking at Klaus. "I'm not saying that will make me stay, cause it won't. I need time away." Klaus nodded his head in agreement at her words. "If I hear news about their mysterious deaths then maybe I'll give you a call." She stopped, making Klaus stand up in front of her. Klaus's hand caressed her cheek, making her close her eyes at his gentle touch.

She missed this.

"Is this it?" Klaus whispered, looking into her eyes once they fluttered open.

"For now," She whispered, her hand lifting to wipe a tear off his face, her heartbreaking at the sight. "Close your eyes," She added, making him do so. Seraphina stood on her toes, her lips ghosting over his before she went away. Niklaus fell to his knees as he heard the front doors of the compound close, silent cries leaving his lips.

"Rosalind!" Seraphina screamed as she walked through the back door of the bar.

"Oh my goodness! You're free!" Senna yelled, a smile on her face, but it was soon turned into a frown when she saw the mascara marks on Seraphina's face.

"Klaus let me go," She mumbled, sitting down in front of Senna, who sat in a booth, an old deck of cards was in front of her.

"He let you go?" She questioned as she began to play Solitaire. "What are you gonna do?" She added on.

"That's why I came here. Do you think you girls could get me a passport?" Seraphina questioned.

"Shouldn't you have one?" Rosalind questioned as she came into the main room.

"I haven't traveled outside the US since the twenties," Seraphina admitted, making Rosalind and Senna gasp in unison.

"First place you should go is Italy." Senna began, her attention away from her card game. "Then India."

"And don't forget Paris and Ireland." Rosalind smiled. "I can get you one by the end of the day. Senna can work on your plane ticket."

"One-way ticket baby! And we'll send you new places when you're ready."

"Whoa," Seraphina laughed. "I can't accept that offer."

"Why not? Wouldn't it be fun to travel the world, not worried about anything?" Senna questioned. "Besides, Rosalind has homes and mansions all around the world, we can send you to those." Senna walked away from the two vampires, making Rosalind laugh.

"End of discussion."

"Seraphina."

"Elijah?" She questioned, her eyebrows furrowed as she closed her car door. "What are you doing here?" She added on, looking around the front yard.

"I'm coming to say goodbye." He spoke, making Seraphina sigh.

"Oh Elijah, it's not a goodbye — more like a see you later." She paused. "I'll get lonely eventually, and I'll come back to New Orleans, or at least Mystic Falls."

"Sera, please be safe." Elijah began, putting his hands on her shoulders. "Don't get yourself killed — I couldn't bear to have to deliver that news to Niklaus."

"This isn't a suicide mission Elijah, it's a spiritual adventure," She explained. "Besides, I'm going home. Damon hasn't been returning my calls. I want to see what's going on." She paused, rummaging through her bag, finding the envelope with Niklaus' name scribbled on it in her cursive. "Please give this to Niklaus. I need him to have this." She handed him the envelope, making him take it, putting it in the pocket inside his jacket.

"Of course. Like I said, be safe." Elijah repeated. He pulled Seraphina into his arms, holding her against his chest. "You're like another sister to me, my dear Seraphina, and even though Niklaus screwed up, we will always be family."

"Always and Forever?"

"Always and Forever."

"Niklaus," Elijah spoke as he walked into the study where Klaus sat. "I have something for you."

"Oh?" Klaus spoke, watching Elijah pull the envelope out of his pocket, placing it on the desk in front of Klaus. "What's this?" He questioned, picking it up. His normal smirk soon faded as he recognized his wife's handwriting.

"Seraphina wanted me to give you this. I said goodbye to her before she left town."

"You said goodbye to her?" Klaus questioned his brother. "How did she seem."

"She seemed fine, but you know as well as I do she can hide her feelings well when she needs to," Elijah replied, making Klaus sigh.

"Thank you, Elijah." Klaus sat the letter back on the desk, returning to his book.

"You're scared to see what she said, aren't you?" Elijah questioned.

"I am."
