Klaus pulled into the school parking lot, putting the car in park. Seraphina and Stefan hopped out, Klaus following behind.

"C'mon old man," Seraphina teases Klaus, making him roll his eyes.

"Abby just showed up," Stefan informed as the three walked to the front of the car.

"Good. Perhaps this plan won't be an epic failure after all," Klaus said. "You know, if this does go off and we drop the history teacher in the Atlantic, I'm still leaving with Seraphina and Elena."

"I'll go with you," Stefan said as he looked at the high school.

"Really?" Seraphina questioned.

"What's the catch?" Klaus questioned.

"There's no catch. I turn my back on everything here to make sure Elena's safe," Stefan responded.

"And that is what makes you her better option," Klaus stated. "It's a shame it's not easier for Elena to see that. I mean, personally, I think she's wasting her time with Damon," Klaus added, making Seraphina snort.

"Okay girls," She joked, making only her brother chuckle.

"You know, all this time and energy you spend trying to get me and my brother to hate each other — it's actually had the opposite effect," Stefan informed, making Klaus chuckle.

"Has it? Has it really?" He questioned. "Well, then perhaps I should let Elena decide which Salvatore joins us," Klaus suggested. "Being, if you and Damon are so close."

"Ah, go for it," Stefan urged. "Damon and I have been through a hell of a lot worse than you," Stefan said, walking away from the two.

"Look at this," Klaus began as he, Seraphina, and Stefan walked up to Bonnie and Jeremy. "One big happy family."

"Drink this," Bonnie instructed. "It's my blood. It bridges us all together so when I stop Jeremy's heart, you'll have the power to stop Alaric's," Bonnie explained, handing Damon a vial. "You need to make a physical connection to his bloodstream — a vein, artery, something connected to his heart," She continued as Damon handed the vial off to Stefan.

"One of us gets a clean shot, take it, the other two take him down," Stefan said, taking his share of the blood, passing it to Seraphina, who handed it to Klaus, who drank the blood. "Seraphina, get Elena and Caroline out of there," Seraphina rolled her eyes and nodded.

"Before we all walk through these doors, let's get on the same page, shall we?" Klaus suggested. "I was the one who created your vampire bloodline, therefore I am responsible for your lives. And Seraphina's life, Tyler's life, Caroline's life, and of course, Abby's life. Should anything go wrong."

"Or you're just lying to save your ass," Damon scoffed.

"I'm not lying. Go ahead, call my bluff," Klaus responded. "Let the teacher kill me. You'll all be dead soon thereafter." Klaus finished the vial of blood.

"Let's just get this over with, shall we?"

Seraphina watched as Caroline ran into the hallway, looking back from where she came from, making Seraphina rush over to her, her hand covering her mouth.

"It's okay, it's okay," She hushed, making Caroline body slacken slightly. "You're safe, it's okay," She added in, letting go of her mouth. "We'll save Elena, you go straight home, stay inside, understand?" Seraphina ordered, pulling Caroline to face her. "Understand?" She repeated. Caroline nodded her head softly, making Seraphina let out a sigh.

"Thank you," Caroline whispered to Seraphina, making her nod before running back to where she was.

"Do it, now!" Damon grunted, Alaric soon pushing Damon away from him. Alaric broke Stefan's back, leaving him limp on the floor as he snapped Damon's neck, making him drop beside Stefan. Klaus rushed up, shoving his fingertips into Alaric's chest, a yell leaving his lips.

Alaric soon twisted Klaus's hand, pushing him away. Alaric pinned Klaus down with his knee, holding the stake over his heart. Seraphina rushed to them, wrapping her arm around Alaric's neck and squeezing.

"Stop! Let him go or I'll kill myself!" Elena threatened, making Alaric grunt. He turned around for a second, breaking Seraphina's neck, making her fall to the floor with a thump.

"Sera," Klaus breathed as he held the stake above his heart.

"Put it down, Elena."

"Why? Because you still need me alive? There's a reason why Esther used me to make you, isn't there?" Elena accused. "She didn't want you to be immortal. So she tied your life to a human one — mine." Elena said. "That way, you have only one lifespan to kill all vampires, and then you'll be gone," She added. "So when I die, you die too. That's it, it has to be!"

"You're wrong," Alaric replied.

"Am I?" She questioned, pulling the blade against her throat.

"Stop! Stop, stop, stop!" Alaric yelled, distracted enough for Klaus to push Alaric off of him, grabbing Seraphina and Elena and disappearing from the hallway.

"What are you doing?" Elena slurred as her blood flowed through the tubing that connects to a blood bag.

"Draining you of all your blood," Klaus informed as he ran his fingers through Seraphina's hair, who was still unconscious from Alaric breaking her neck.

"Elena?" Tyler questioned as he came into the room with a box.

"Tyler! Help me!" Elena begged, making him out down the box and rush to her.

"He can't," Klaus muttered. "He needs to go fetch me more empty blood bags," He added, looking at Tyler. "About three liters worth, please, Tyler."

"Tyler, please," Elena pleaded. "Get Stefan, please."

"No, Tyler, get the bags," Klaus ordered, placing Seraphina's head gently on the couch as Tyler made a move to free Elena, only to be stopped by Klaus. "Forget the girl and get the bags," Klaus ordered. "Now," He growled, making Tyler and Elena share a look before he walked off.

"So that's it?" Elena questioned as Klaus stood behind her. "You're just going to bleed me dry?"

"Yes, but don't worry. It'll be completely painless as the last drop is drawn, you'll simply fall asleep."

"What about your hybrids? You'll need more of this to create an army," Elena mumbled, Seraphina letting out a groan as she finally came to.

"These last few liters will have to suffice," Klaus said after he took one of the bags, holding it in his hand. "You see, by attempting to kill us, my mother strengthened the bond between my siblings and I," Klaus explained. "I don't need hybrids. I have my family."
