"Then you kill him?" Seraphina growled as the two sat in the car, Elijah driving back to where they've been hiding out.

"Only a lie, dear." Elijah deadpanned, keeping his eyes on the road. "If I was to even try to kill him I'm pretty sure you would try to kill me."

"As much as I love you Elijah, I would." She looked out the window, a sigh leaving her lips.

"Has he tried to call you?" Elijah questioned.

"He stopped a month ago."

Seraphina paced in her designated room, phone clasped tightly in her hands as she did. She scrolled through the phone, pressing on one of the many voicemails Klaus had left.

"Seraphina, this is very bold of you to just up and leave." Klaus's voice filled her ear. "I don't know where you possibly could be but I have people hunting for you. If you come home now there won't be any punishment." Seraphina deleted the voicemail, her head shaking.

Her phone began ringing, a unknown number popping up. Seraphina's brows furrowed, pressing the phone against her ear.

"Seraphina," Klaus said, making her heart stop at his voice. "Tell me where you are, tell me now."

"I'm home." She breathed, her heart suddenly racing at the thought of Klaus making his way to Mystic Falls, sweeping her away from her brothers and even Elijah, away from the doppelgänger drama.

"Where are you in New Orleans?" Klaus finally questioned, her heart sinking. She hung up quickly, tears welding in her eyes. She quickly wiped away the tears that had fallen as Elijah walked in.

"What's troubling you?" He questioned, making his way to her. She shook her head, sighing before her phone rang again. She pressed the phone to her ear, worried it would be Klaus again.

"Phina, I need your help."

"Thank you for coming on such short notice." Damon spoke as he led her to where Rose was.

"I was born in 1450," Rose spoke as Seraphina sat down beside her, Damon walking behind her with two blood bags. "That makes me five hundred and sixty years old," Rose added.

"If you were a bottle of wine -"

"So I can die," Rose cut him off, making Damon and Seraphina share a look. "I've lived long enough," Rose finished.

"You know, if you're going to be maudlin, I'm just going to kill you myself," Seraphina muttered as Damon pour the blood into a cup. "Just to put me out your misery."

"Come one, it's just a werewolf bite," Damon grumbled.

"Just a little fatal to vampire-werewolf bite," Rose mocked.

"Well, according to legend. Which is a notoriously unreliable source," Damon spoke.

"Drink up buttercup," Seraphina smiled, handing the cup that Damon had to Rose.

"Blood heals," Damon commented.

"It does feel like its working," Rose mumbled after she took a sip.
