"Now, I reunite my family."

"Your family. You mean the people you cart around in caskets?" Stefan said.

"Not of that matters anymore," Klaus dismissed. "Mikael's gone. Bygones will be bygones."

"Where's Rebekah?" Seraphina questioned, once noticing a girl wearing the homecoming queen crown. "The homecoming queen is still alive."

"I have no idea, I thought she was coming with Matt," Stefan responded to his sister.

"Oh, be honest now, Stefan," Seraphina chastised.

"Where's my sister?" Klaus questioned in annoyance.

"I said, I have no idea," Stefan repeated. "Now, would you like me to take you to your father?" Stefan questioned.

"Well, it wouldn't be a party without the guest of honor, would it?" Klaus replied. "Bring him to me," Klaus ordered.

"All right," Stefan said. "Perhaps there's something in it for me?" He questioned. "My freedom from your compulsion," He suggested.

"Oh, you want your freedom?" Klaus questioned. "Well, once he's dead, and his weapon destroyed, you'll have your freedom," Klaus said. "It'll be my pleasure to give it back to you."

--

"My mom would seriously freak if she saw all these people here," Tyler said to Klaus.

"Your mother won't be a problem," Klaus informed. "I compelled her to go to church and pray for your friends," Klaus informed.

"What are you talking about?" Tyler questioned, making Seraphina look at Klaus before he let her fill him in.

"I want you to look around," Seraphina spoke, wrapping her arm around his waist. "There's Bonnie," She pointed to the witch who stood around, a red cup in her hand. "There's Elena and Matt, there's your pretty little girlfriend Caroline," She listed. "Their big dance was wrecked tonight, and who came through with a party? You did, what a pal," Seraphina paused as Tyler turned to face her.

"But, who are all these other people here?" Klaus questioned the hybrid.

"I have no idea," Tyler questioned truthfully. "I've never seen half of these people in my life," He confessed.

"Well, that's because I invited a few dozen friends of my own," Klaus informed. "That's my friend Mindy," Klaus pointed out. "We picked her up along the way in Kansas," He explained. "Did you know that there's an entire bloodline of werewolves in the heartland?"

"There's Tony from North Dakota, and let's not forget the Seattle contingent," Seraphina added in.

"Hold on, are those people all hybrids?" Tyler questioned.

"Well, they also love a good party," Klaus said. "And they, like you, are sired by me. They wish to serve their master. So if anyone should so much as make a move against me, they may feel obligated to retaliate."

"Where's your date?" Seraphina questioned Elena as she and Klaus stepped in front of her.

"Getting me a drink," She responded.

"You look good, Elena," Seraphina added in.

"Well," Klaus dragged. "Seems I have you to thank for Mikael's demise," Klaus said.

"He came at me, I didn't have a choice," She said.

"Still, we're impressed," Klaus added. "It's not easy for a human to dagger an original,"

"It wasn't the first time," Elena countered.

"Right, Elijah," Klaus said with a smile. Seraphina took a sip of her drink, watching how Elena looked around the party nervously.

"You seem nervous," She commented.

"I'm not nervous, I just don't like you two," She growled, making Seraphina purse her lips.

"Right, I'll get straight to the point then, shall I?" Klaus suggested. "People been after me for one thousand years, and I am always one step ahead. So whatever it is you're thinking of trying, go for it, give it your best shot. You won't succeed," Klaus said. "And if Seraphina gets hurt in any of the crossfire, well, let's just say it won't be pretty."

"You have a visitor," Mindy said to Klaus.

"Well, tell my visitor I'm on the brink of victory here," Klaus told her, making Seraphina step up to Mindy.

"I'll go," Seraphina suggested, making Klaus nod.

"He said his name is Mikael," Mindy announced, making Klaus grab Seraphina quickly, pushing her behind him.

"Then we mustn't keep him waiting," Klaus said. "Move everyone our back," He ordered. "I'm going to have a little chat with my dad," Klaus explained, taking a sip of his drink. "And you're staying in here, away from him," He informed Seraphina, making her scoff.

"I'm not just going to sit here and watch you get hurt," She argued as they began walking to the front door.

"Tony, you know what to do," Klaus said to him as they passed. The couple got to the front door, in the doorway stood Mikael. Klaus positioned himself in front of Seraphina, not wanting the man to get his hands on her.

"Hello, Niklaus," He greeted.

"Hello, Mikael, won't you come in?" Klaus suggested. "Oh, that's right, I forgot, you can't," Klaus added.

"Or you can come outside, if you want," Mikael offered.

"Or, I can watch my hybrids tear you limb from limb," Klaus said. Seraphina peeked over Klaus's shoulder, seeing most of the hybrids gathering in the front yard.

"They can't kill me," Mikael reminded.

"True, but title make a hell of a party game," Klaus said. "All I have to do is rub these two fingers together, and they'll pounce," Klaus explained.

"The big bad wolf," Mikael said. "You haven't changed," He added. "Still hiding behind your playthings like a coward. I'm surprised that whore behind you isn't trying to join in," Mikael chuckled, causing Seraphina to hiss, lunging forward only to be caught by Klaus.

"Easy, darling," Klaus whispered.

"You only forget, they may be sired by you, but they're still part vampire, and they can be compelled by me," Mikael reminded him as Mindy showed up beside him, who the pulled Elena out from where they had his her. "Come out and face me, Niklaus," Mikael taunted. "Or she dies."

"Go ahead, kill her," Klaus said.

"No, Klaus. He'll do it."
