*Klaus' POV*

The dorm room was so nice! There was a roaring fire, a fresh bowl of fruit and everything looked clean. "This is incredible!" I said in amazement, setting Sunny down for her to explore.
"I'll show you to our room," Duncan said to me. "We'll have a boys room and a girls room." This got no objections. I gathered my few items, my clothes in my bag, and followed Duncan. There were three beds. I assumed the same was true of the girls' room. Duncan sat on the bed in the middle, which I guessed was his. "I'll take this one." I announced, placing my bag on the bed farthest from the door. The comforter was soft and cozy, like a warm smile from someone you care deeply about. Sunlight streamed through the window.

"How come we never come here?" I asked, "We were always at the Orphan Shack..."
" We didn't want you three to feel bad, " Duncan answered sheepishly. I thanked him for being so thoughtful.
"Which classroom do you think the new student will be in?" He wondered aloud.
There's no way of knowing. "Izzie and I can totally welcome them if they're in Ms. Bass' class. You and Violet already have Carmelita interrupting your couple time..." I teased. Duncan blushed deep red.
"V-Violet and I aren't d-dating. Are we?"
" You two certainly wish. "
"And you don't think I can see Isadora holding herself back from shoving you against a wall and kissing you senselessly? I'm her triplet. I can practically read her mind."
" I say we shut up about this topic. "
"All I'm saying is that if you two want to start dating, I'd totally approve."

I smiled weakly and put my items into the chest at the foot of the bed. Maybe I'd ask her about it... Just maybe...

*Isadora's POV, a few minutes earlier*

"Follow me, Violet. I'll show you our room!" I exclaimed. Sure, I met her a week ago, but there was really something between us that shouted 'lifelong best friends!'

"This is my bed, and they even brought Sunny a crib. That leaves two beds for you to choose from." I gestured to the two beds closer to the door. I chose the one farthest for reasons I couldn't quite explain to myself. Violet smiled and set her bag down on the middle bed.

"Are you sure you're okay after seeing that drawing in Carm's notebook?" She asked me.
"W-why wouldn't I be?"
" Because of your giant ass crush on my brother. " She stated bluntly. I blushed deep red and toyed with a strand of my hair.
"He doesn't like me back; Does he?"
"Isadora, wake up and smell the red roses! He loooooves you!"
" Huh? He couldn't... We. We just met a week ago."
"He does and it's not that uncommon to fall in love so quickly."
"Oh like you and Duncan?"

She blushed profusely. "I-I um. Fine. You caught me! Happy?"
" Go ask him out! We basically have triplet telepathy and I can tell by the look in his eyes that he's hooked on you! "
"Really?"
" Like. A. Drug."

She nodded softly and we left the matter alone. It was slightly uncomfortable, but we were fine. We said all we needed to say.

"Isadora, Violet, we need to head down to dinner." Duncan called from the hall. We quickly grabbed our jackets after marking our pages in our respective books. I buttoned mine up, as I always do, and Violet, being Violet, left her's open. I never asked why since it simply didn't matter. Klaus had Sunny in his right arm and I walked on his left. My hand brushed up against his and I casually took his hand in mine. Violet and Duncan were up ahead having a soft conversation. I looked at Klaus and his face was bright red. "You're real cute when you're blushing," I said, making him turn crimson behind his glasses.
"I-I um I... I. I like you a lot, Izzie. " He stuttered.
"I know! You're not to bad yourself! " I replied, smiling flirtatiously and batting my eyes at him. Practically every brain cell he had went haywire and I giggled as he tried to string along a sentence.
"Whipped," Sunny commented with a toothy grin.

Klaus squeezed my hand. "My heart is what I am willing to lend; Isadora Quagmire, will you be my girlfriend?"
"Klaus Baudelaire, you never cease to impress; It would make me very happy if I say yes." He smiled warmly at me as I leaned over and placed a kiss on his cheek.
"OTP!" Sunny exclaimed, making Klaus and I blush.

*Violet and Duncan's conversation*
"Duncan?"
" Yes, Violet? "
"If I were to... Ask you out... Would you possibly say yes?"
" I would like nothing more. " Duncan replied, taking her hand in his. Violet blushed deep red, making her blue eyes appear even more colorful. They smiled dreamily at eachother and walked the rest of the way to the cafeteria in comfortable silence.

*Still Isadora's POV*
"Two, four, six, eight," Carmelita chanted at a boy, "We love me but we all hate the orphans! The The The orphans!"
" Leave me alone! I'm just trying to find the Quagmires and the Baudelaires!" The boy shouted back. His voice sounded vaguely familiar.
"I'm Isadora Quagmire," I said, extending my hand out behind them. They turned around and I dropped my tray to the ground. He was holding a purple commonplace notebook. He had shaggy hair covering one eye, the other one identical to Duncan's and my eyes.

"Quigley?" I gasped.

"Sorry I'm late." He said with a smile.
