I sighed as I walked down the steps, "well?" I asked my adopted father, his best friend, and my adopted brother however I saw him as my brother and not my adopted brother. "You look gorgeous!" Uncle Libertus exclaimed as I chuckled, "thanks uncle Lib" I smiled as Prompto crossed his arms, "it's still weird that you're going on a date with my best friend..." he mumbled, I giggled and then kissed his cheek. "You're weird," I told him, "here Y/n..." Nyx said as he handed me some pepper spray, "really dad?" I cocked my head to the side, I had always called Nyx dad from day one. "What? It's protection...in case he tries something..." he told me as I snorted, "you want me to pepper spray the prince if he tries something? Aren't you a KingsGlaive?" I asked as he nodded, "his highness understands that I should protect my family...even if that means you blind his son and then run" he told me as I laughed, there was a knock on the door, and I opened it. "Hey! Wow, you look amazing!" Noct exclaimed, "heya" I smiled as Prompto looked out the door, "hey Noct! What's up?" Prompto smiled, "hey dude" Noct waved to his friend, "all right! I'm leaving now! Bye! Don't wait up!" I told them as I left the house, we climbed into the car, and the driver took us back to his place. "So I may have forgotten to get us a reservation at a restaurant...therefore, we're just gonna have dinner at my place, my friend Ignis cooked everything," he told me as we walked into his place.

"Which means vegetables..." I told him as he scrunched up his nose. He pulled out a chair for me and I took my seat. He then ran into the kitchen, he came back carrying two wine glasses, and a bottle of wine. He set them on the table and then went back to the kitchen. When he returned again he was carrying two plates of food. He set them down and then took his seat, "so yeah," he started as he opened the bottle of wine and poured us some. "What's up?" I smiled, "uh...I'm not very good at the whole...dating thing...most of the dates I've been on...I just take them to a pizza place where we get pizza." he awkwardly cleared his throat as we began to eat. "I would've been fine with that..." I snickered as he looked at me, "seriously?! Damn! Should've just gotten some pizza, a smoothie, and then went to go see a movie with you" he leaned back in his seat as I giggled. "I mean...we still can go do that if you want..." I told him as he looked at me. "Do you want to?" he cocked an eyebrow, "it's up to you Noct..." I told him, he thought for a moment, "let's do it!" he said as he downed the wine and then we got up, he placed the food in his fridge and we left his house, "there's this great diner not far from here" he smiled as we walked down the street. We got our dinner, saw a movie, and now he was walking me home because we didn't live far from each other. He stopped walking and looked at me. We stared at each other for a moment until he grabbed me and pulled me into a kiss. I returned the kiss and then he pulled away. "I'm sorry...I don't know why I did that..." he whispered as I studied his face and smiled.

"It was nice..." I giggled as he smiled, he went to kiss me again but it started to rain. He took his jacket off and held it over us, "it's late...stay the night with me..." he told me as I blushed, "okay..." I told him as we jogged back to his place because it was raining. We finally got inside and I shivered because the rain was cold and both of us were soaked. "G-Gods it's cold..." I shivered, he went to turn on the lights but they wouldn't come on. "What are the odds that the powers out?" he sighed, I walked over to the fireplace he had, "do you think y-you can start a f-fire?" I shivered, he walked over to the fireplace and started a fire. "I have some clothes you can change into...they might be my clothes...but I don't think you mind..." he whispered as I shivered, "these clothes are cold and wet..." I shivered, I followed him to his room where he handed me one of his shirts and a pair of his basketball shorts. He gathered up his blankets and pillows and then left me to get changed. I changed into the clothes he lent me. I walked into the front room and saw he was making a make-shift bed in front of the fire. "These clothes are really comfy..." I told him as he looked at me and smiled. "I hope you don't mind...we'll be sleeping in front of the fire. The house can get cold at night..." he told me as I sat down beside him, "I don't mind..." I yawned as I lay down and watched the fire, he lays behind me and pulls me close. "I'm cuddler by the way..." he whispered, his hot breath hitting my neck, and I let out a small silent whimper.
