I woke up in th dead of night, not because of a nightmare or anything of the sort. It was because of my insomnia. I sighed as I sat up and ran my fingers through my hair, I looked at the empty space beside and let out another sigh. 'Did he go out?' I asked myself as I looked at the dresser, his hat was sitting on top of his jacket, 'nope...so where the hell is he?' I furrowed my eyebrows as I removed the blood-red blanket off of me, I stretched, hearing my back pop I groaned and left the bedroom. I walked downstairs and saw him sitting at the island in the kitchen. He was wearing his pants, his shirt, and his vest. I walked up behind him and wrapped my arms around him, "your lover wishes for you to come back to bed..." I whispered in his ear as he chuckled. "I'll be but a moment Y/n..." he spoke as I groaned and saw he was looking over reports. "Ardyn..." I whispered as he hummed, "come back to bed...those can wait until the morning" I spoke as he smirked, "give me a moment Y/n...I won't be long, I promise..." he spoke as he grabbed my hand and kissed the back of it.

"Fine..." I sighed still not letting go of him I placed my chin on his shoulder as I listened to the sound of his pen dancing across the papers. I bit my lip as I sneakily slid my hand down and began to slowly rub him through his pants. He stilled and then cleared his throat. "You're treading in some dangerous waters my dear" he whispered as I smirked, "what are you talking about?" I asked playing innocent, "sure you don't" he spoke as I added a little more pressure and he let out a low groan. "Beside's if I was doing something, came you blame me? You rarely visit me anymore...I miss you" I whispered as I playfully nibbled on his ear and slid my hand into his pants, he grabbed my wrist before my hand could slip into his boxers. "I know darling...but just wait a while longer" he spoke as I groaned, I smirked, "you know...your episode came out last week" I whispered, "did it?" he asked as I smiled, "I played it and loved it...not because it's you and I love you...but because it was a really good DLC," I said taking the pen out of his hand, he sighed as he turned to face me.

"Wanna watch me play it? I don't mind...I can show you all the different hats you wear in it" I smiled as he chuckled, "very well, you won't leave me to work until you get your way" he took the pen and tossed it behind him. I grabbed his hand and we walked into our shared bedroom. I turned on the PS4 and started up Final Fantasy 15 seeing as I wasn't from Eos. He sat beside me as I started playing episode Ardyn, he watched intently until he looked at me with a smirk. He could see how into it I was. He scooted closer and leaned over to my ear. "Let's play a game..." he whispered as I paused the game and looked at him. "What type?" I arched an eyebrow as he smirked, "while you're playing as me, don't lose your focus..." he spoke as I giggled and kissed him. "I accept your challenge! I will defeat the asshole known as Somnus and kick the shit out of Regis who is actually a really cool character and has an awesome son!" I spoke as he chuckled. I resumed the game and he began to pepper my neck with kisses. "Lean back a little sweetie..." he whispered as I leaned back, not taking my eyes off the TV, and I felt the shirt I was wearing being hiked up, I moved my hips up as he took my underwear off. "You can sit up now" he spoke as I sat up, and he resumed to kiss my neck. His fingers grazing my inner thigh as he left marks on the side of my neck.

I shuddered at his touch, taking damage from the people I was fighting in the game. "Shit...heal Ardyn damnit!" I spoke as I healed him. He chuckled in my ear, "nearly killed me there love..." he whispered as I giggled, "you would've been fine" I spoke as he chuckled, his fingers reached my folds and he pulled my legs apart. He began to slowly rub my clit making me gasp and fall from the building I was on. "I-I'm very thankful th-that you can't take f-fall damage" I spoke as he chuckled, "remember the rules dear...don't lose focus" he whispered as I cleared my throat and began fighting one of the Guardians, he slid one of his fingers into me making me gasp and take damage, thankfully he was now at half health in the game. "F-Fuck..." I whispered as I began to pant, he looked at the TV, "I'm almost dead" he spoke as I rolled my eyes, "I-I won't heal you u-until I r-really need to..." I moaned out as he smirked and continued his actions. He slid off the bed, kneeled down in front of me, I could still see the TV, he placed his hands on my knees and leaned closer. Leaving hickies up my inner thigh, 'is he trying to get himself killed on the game?!' I moaned out as I felt him lick my clit, all while his finger still pumped into me, "f-fuck Ardyn..." I panted as I paused the game and lay back. "Y-You win" I panted as he chuckled and looked at me, he tossed the controller somewhere in the room, "weren't you the one who complained about the fact that I'm rarely ever here downstairs? I thought I'd make it up to you" he spoke as he pulled me to his chest so I was sitting again.
