I sang along to the song that was currently playing, it was The Man Who Sold The World by David Bowie. I danced around my house as I did, there was a knock on my front door, I opened it and saw Ignis standing there, "what's up, Iggy?" I asked as he cocked his head to the side, I then noticed that he was all dressed up and let out a sigh, "we have a date tonight don't we?" I asked as he chuckled, "did you forget?" he arched an eyebrow, "unfortunately...I did..." I nodded and placed my face in my hands. "I see..." he mumbled as he pushed his glasses up, I grabbed his hand and pulled him inside. "Give me fifteen minutes to get ready... I have to take a show first...but I promise that unlike most women, I won't take too long," I said as he chuckled and nodded. "Very well" he smiled, "thank you" I smiled as I kissed his cheek and then ran upstairs after turning off my music. I grabbed a dress, some heels, and jewelry. I rushed into the bathroom, took a quick bath, I got out, dried my hair, put on some light makeup, and then got dressed.

I walked downstairs carrying my heels, "don't move please" I said as he nodded and I placed my hand on his shoulder to keep myself steady, I slid my heels on and then looked at myself in the mirror, I double-checked my hair, and then looked at him with a smile. "Told you I wouldn't take too long," I said as he chuckled, "you were true to your word..." he spoke as I nodded. We left my house and walked down the street. My arm was interlinked with his as his hands rested in his suit jacket pockets. "So, what's the plan?" I asked him as he thought for a moment, "I've made reservations at a restaurant you may like to go to." he spoke as I arched an eyebrow, (this is in our world minus the video game existing...and like one of the shorts, Regis is a company owner that's very famous and Noct is the heir to the business) "where are we going?" I asked looking at him, "I've made reservations at Chef Ramsey's restaurant" he spoke as I looked at him in shock, "we're going to one of Gordan Ramsey's many restaurants? You do realize I would be happy with a simple pizza...you know that right?" I asked as he looked at me as we reached where we were going and he opened the door. "That wouldn't be very romantic now would it?" he asked as I giggled, we walked in, and were shown to our seats. I looked around, "wow...this place is very nifty..." I said as he chuckled, "I'm glad you're enjoying yourself" he spoke as I smiled, we placed our orders, got some red wine, and talked about different things. "Are you enjoying yourself darling?" he asked as I looked at him, though this was our first date, I didn't expect him to start giving me nicknames already, I smiled and nodded. "I am. I'm glad you talked me into going on this date with you. However, I was expecting more like...a movie, pizza parlor, maybe some milkshakes...but this is perfect" I joked as he chuckled, "or maybe a cooking lesson" I added as he laughed. "Spec's?" spoke someone as we looked over to our right and saw Noct with Luna. The two of them approached us, "what are you doing here?" Noct asked as Ignis' face drained of color, "I-I..." he let out a quick exhale, "I'm here on a date..." Ignis spoke as he gestured to me, "hello" I meekly said, "well, Luna and I are also here on a date, can we join you?" Noct asked as Ignis looked at me, "Hey man...he's your friend..." I said as he chuckled, "I don't see why not. Perhaps you can ask if you can join us" Ignis spoke as Noct waved down a waitress, "is it all right if we join them?" he asked as the waitress looked at us, "I uh...I'll have to ask the chef. It's his restaurant" she spoke as Noct nodded and she walked off.
