Puppy Love ~Noct~ *FLUFF*

I woke up to the sound of my phone going off, "hello?" I asked answering it, "Y/n! We need you to come over! Please...NO DON'T CHEW ON THAT!" Ignis shouted and then the call ended, "uh..." I was confused, I shrugged, got out of bed, got dressed and then headed out. I approached Ignis' house, I could hear yelling and crashing inside. I knocked on the door and then I heard barking. "Keep him from getting out Prompto!" Ignis' voice rang out as he opened the door, I walked in and saw a black dog chewing on Ignis' shoe. "Hey!" he shouted as he walked towards the dog, who just wagged its tail and ran off. "HEEL!" I shouted as the dog stopped, I walked up to it and held out my hand. "Release! Now" I growled as the dog's ears folded down and it dropped the shoe. I handed it to Ignis, he sighed and Prompto looked at me. "I grew up with destructive animals..." I explained as I looked at the dog. "Who's a good boy?!" I spoke as the dog began to jump around and bark at me. "Yes, you are!" I spoke as I sat on my knees and scratched behind its ears, it lays on it's back, "he wants belly rubs" Prompto spoke as I began to scratch the dog's belly. "Awe! You're so cute!" I spoke as Ignis sighed, "I-I'm...dog sitting for a while..." Ignis spoke as I looked at the dog and stared into its blue eyes. Then it hit me. "Ignis, Prompto..." I spoke as I got up, "yes Y/n?" Prompto spoke, "why is Noct a dog?" I looked at them, "we don't know...but he's not the only one..." Prompto spoke as a large dog walked in. "and that is..." I asked as they sighed, "Gladio" Ignis simply spoke as I sighed.

"Prompto and I were headed to the library so we can figure out how to change them back...Gladio was gonna come with us" Ignis explained as Gladio held a leash in his mouth and wagged his tail at the sight of me.  Noct pushed his head against my butt, "whoa! Easy there Noctis...you may be a cute dog but that does not give you the right to touch my ass" I told him as he barked and jumped onto the couch. He held a blanket in his mouth, "he's cold" Ignis spoke, "guess that makes him a pup-sicle" I joked as Prompto laughed, "all right, can you just watch over Noct until we return?" Ignis asked as I nodded. Ignis placed the leash on Gladio and then they left. I sat beside Noct as he pushed the blanket onto me with his nose, "wanna watch a movie?" I asked him as his tail began to thump against the couch, I chuckled as I put a movie on, we sat there watching it until I looked over and saw he was fast asleep. I chuckled as I got up, his head popped up and I smiled at him. His tail began to wag again. I placed my hand on his head, in which case he began to lick my hand. 'Odd one...' I giggled as I walked into the kitchen for something to drink, I didn't get far since Noct jumped onto me and started licking my face. I let out some laughter, "ah! Noct!" I laughed, he then let out a yawn and walked back to the couch as there was a knock on the door. His ears perked up, I opened the door and saw Regis. "Oh...uh...heeey...Iggy isn't here right now" I told him as he chuckled, "I'm actually looking for Noct" he spoke as I heard Noct's tail start to wag, "so uhm...bout that..." I spoke as he arched an eyebrow, "it'll be better to just show you..." I sighed as I grabbed his hand and pulled him into the house. Everyone including him knew that I both cared about what happened to him but also didn't care about the fact that he was king. Considering I talked to him like I would to everyone else.

"There he is" I spoke as Noct looked at his dad and barked happily. He jumped around on the couch as he placed his head on the couch, his butt still in the air and tail still wagging. "That's my son?" Regis arched an eyebrow. I nodded. "Watch...uh..." I walked into the kitchen and grabbed a burger Iggy had left out for me. I placed it in front of Noct, we watched as he carefully removed the veggies and then ate the burger. He shoved the veggies onto the floor with his nose and huffed at them. "See...it's your stubborn kid," I told Regis who cocked his head, "Noct?" he asked as Noct barked, Regis' eyes grew wide, "why is he a dog?" he asked as I shrugged, "dunno...Gladio is one as well. He's with Specs and Prompto at the library trying to figure out how to change them...so I'm basically baby slash dog sitting..." I said picking up the veggies and putting them in the trash. Soon the three of us were in the front room watching movies, Noct had fallen asleep again, I lay my head on Noct as a type of pillow and soon relaxed. My eyelids grew heavy and soon I was asleep.

I woke up a few hours later, with my head on someone's chest. Whoever it was, they were sleeping. I looked up and saw Noct passed out, I looked over and saw Regis was also napping in the armchair. "Y/n!" Ignis busted through the door scaring both Noct and Regis awake. "You do you ruin everything good for me?" I looked at Ignis as he cocked his head, "nothing...Noct is normal by the way..." I said getting up by placing my hands at either side of Nocts sides and pushing up. I sighed as I stretched, "we can see that. Ignis found out how we got back to normal...it was a temporary spell..." Gladio spoke as I groaned and rubbed my eyes, "cool..." I pushed Noct back down. "I didn't say you could move yet," I told him as he looked at me confused, I placed my head on his chest and sighed. "Heh...all right" he chuckled as I smiled and closed my eyes. "Naptime" I spoke as he held me, I fell back asleep listening to his heartbeat.

~Regis' pov~

I smiled at the sight of Y/n and Noct napping on the couch, "I know it was a temporary spell...I'm the one who cast it..." I told Ignis, "why?" he asked, "because of that..." I gestured to Y/n and Noct then to Prompto and Gladio who was also cuddling. "I figured, if they weren't going to admit their love to each other...then maybe, something would happen...it was mainly to get Noct and Y/n together...guess Gladio got effected as well..." I explained, "I see..." Ignis spoke pushing his glasses up. "It's not every day we see so much love in the air" I smiled.
