Sneaking Out ~Older! Noct FLUFF~

I sat in my window, reading a book under the moonlight, the rest in the Citadel was asleep and knowing that Ignis would kill whoever was awake at this time. Especially his little sister who has a major crush on the king, but of course, I knew the king could never love a commoner like me. Let alone, his best friend, advisor, and strategists baby sister. I stopped reading and looked out the window. "Man...I'm so bored" I spoke to myself, just then there was a knock on my bedroom door which caused me to jump. I put the book down, walked over to the door, opened it, and saw Noct standing there with a happy smile. "I'm glad that I'm not the only one awake" he chuckled as I smiled, "so what are you up to?" he asked as I let him in, "reading," I told him as I took my seat back in the window, and sighed. He sat beside me and looked out the window, we were silent, and then he looked at me. "Let's do something fun" he smiled at me as I cocked my eyebrow, "how? Ignis told all the guards that if they see anyone wondering the halls then they need to send them back to bed..." I sighed, "I know a way so they won't see us sneak out" he smiled, I giggled, and nodded. "Let's do it" I smiled as I grabbed my shoes and put them on. We snuck our way through the halls until we reached the kitchen, he opened the window, we climbed out the window into the garden. "C'mon!" he whispered as he lifted me over the garden wall, then he climbed over, I jumped down, and he caught me.

"Come! I know of a few things to do at this time" he smiled as he grabbed my hand and we ran off. We went to an ice cream parlor "they're closed Noct" I giggled, he looked at me, "I'm the king...and I want ice cream" he said as he took the bobby pin out of my hair and picked the lock. "Prompto taught me a few things when we were teens..." he told me as I snorted and then we walked in. We sat on the counter and ate some ice cream. "So, why'd you wanna do this?" I asked him, "I dunno, I feel like we don't spend enough time together..." he told me as I giggled and looked at him. He chuckled, "you've got some...heh...here" he grabbed a napkin and wiped off some ice cream I had on my face. "T-Thanks" I blushed, "y'know...this is fun" he smiled, "I don't think I've ever seen this side of you Noct, you've always been so serious...and kingly," I told him, "well...that's because Ignis is always...y'know...wanting me to fulfill my role as king and everything" he told me as I smiled, "Ignis is just a glorified babysitter.." I joked as he laughed.

Then we heard sirens approaching, "we should get going," he said as we jumped off the counter and then ran away from the parlor. We walked around the park, "it's really nice out here at night" I spoke as he smiled, then I yawned, "let's get home...you're tired" he said as I rubbed my eyes. We went back to the Citadel, snuck back in, and went to my room. He lay me down, covered me up, and lay behind me. He then began to spoon me, "I love you Y/n...and not as a friend..." he then said as I rolled over to face him. "What do you mean?" I cocked my head, "I want you to be my girlfriend...and eventually one day...my queen" he blushed and I giggled. "Yes, Noct" I smiled as I kissed him and then cuddled up to him. We both then fell asleep.

~Ignis' pov~

I walked into my little sister's room to wake her up, I walked in, and saw Noct and her cuddling in her bed. Apart of me wanted to be mad at the fact that my best friend was in my little sister's bed, but the other part wanted to be happy because they both had finally done something about their crushes on each other. I smiled, turned, and went to close the door. "Ignis?" I heard Y/n's voice, I turned back around and looked at her. "I can explain!" she started, I just walked up to her, gave her a kiss of the forehead, "get some sleep little bird" I called her by her nickname, and then I left her room so they can sleep.
