"Are you guys serious? I can stay?" Aria exclaimed, absolutely taken aback from the guys' offer.

"Well duh! Aria, you don't know where you come from, how or why you're here, for crying out loud you appeared in New Domino with no memory and no where to go, we couldn't just throw you out on the streets could we?" Crow blurted out in response, dismissing any of Aria's attempts to say no to the offer.

"No I get that it's just-" "You don't want us to feel like you're too much trouble or some silly reason like that" Aria started but Crow finished with a smirk, knowing exactly what Aria was thinking.

"Hehe, yeah." Aria said with a nervous, quiet chuckle.

It had been a couple of hours since everyone explained to Aria about their signs and the Crimson Dragon. Akiza had taken Leo and Luna back to their house and Jack headed out to the racetracks to test out some adjustments to his duel runner he had made.

"Honestly, you really don't have to worry at all. Yus, Jack and I all agreed to it. Only issue is we've not got a spare room, but luckily for you the sofa unfolds into a sofa bed, if you're happy to use that if not you c-" "No, I am perfectly happy with the sofa, you letting me stay here is more than I could ever ask for, I'm not gonna take any of your beds and make any of you sleep on the sofa Crow." Aria said kindly, humbly accepting the offer of using the sofa bed.

"I really don't know how to thank you guys, I know I keep saying it over and over but really, having somewhere to stay after everything that's happened means so much."

"Don't sweat it, we're gonna help you get your memories and figure out what the Crimson Dragon has in store for ya, well, for all of us. You're here for a reason, we just have to somehow figure out why."

"But how Crow? I can't imagine we can go out there looking for clues, with my memory of anything before the duel gone, even if there was anything of any significance out there relating to me or that light I'd have no clue about it."

"Well if you ask me, we may very well find what we're after when we're not looking for it. Trust me Aria, fate and destiny are very real and can work in strange ways. Us signers have experienced some crazy things and we've all been in some pretty dangerous situations but we've always pushed through it. I'm sure this will be no different. Like I said before, it's not gonna be easy but we'll get there." Crow and Aria turned around from the window of the living area upon hearing Yusei talk.

Crow nodded to him in acknowledgement that he was there and in agreement of his words. Looking back at Aria, he gave her a friendly pat on the back.

"You better believe him, the main man knows his stuff" Crow said causing Yusei to chuckle lightheartedly.

"Anyways, Imma head out for a bit, just gotta pick up some groceries, see you guys later!" Crow called out as he took his duel runner outside, waving goodbye and closing the garage door behind him.

"Crow was keeping you company I see." Yusei said, bringing Aria's attention to him.

"Haha yeah. He's a good guy. You all are. I really can't thank you guys enough for letting me stay." Aria said in a quiet, but grateful tone.

Yusei looked at her with kind eyes and smiled.

"Stop thanking us Aria, you don't have to."

"But I-" "Ah, what did I just say?" Yusei stopped Aria before she could object, pressing his index finger up against his lips as to say 'shush'.

Aria felt her cheeks heat up slightly, realising she was blushing she turned to look out of the window crossing her arms. The action causing Yusei to let out a soft laugh as he shook his head. He turned around and headed towards the kitchen, opened one of the cupboards taking out a couple of clear white mugs, setting them down by the kettle which he turned on and waited for it to boil. "You like tea?" Yusei called out, looking over his shoulder to see if he would get a response.

"Oh, um yes please." Aria called back, moving away from the window to sit down on the sofa. She passed the time by fiddling with the ends of her sleeves, absentmindedly tracing the stitching patterns on them.

Yusei placed a tea bag inside each of the mugs and he tapped his fingers on the counter whilst he waited for the kettle to boil. He took the time to think of what he and the others could do to help Aria. He knew it was likely that whatever was in store for them would likely happen without them knowing when, but he didn't want Aria or any of his friends to become sick with worry with every passing day if no clues arise for them to follow. He knew for now the very least he and the others could do for Aria was support her through everything and be her friends.
