Avengers ~ Ross' Arrest

A/N: this is a request from TylerJSmith "can you please do a one-shot where after endgame Ross attempts to literally destroy the Avengers personally but black widow and the rest of the team reveal they uncovered his criminal activities and Ross attempts to shoot parker then Ross is arrested by the us army and fired by the president of the United States?"

"Of course," Ross muttered as he sat in a conference as President Trump told then the news that the Avengers were back in action.

They killed him. The Avengers finally defeated Thanos with the help of Captain Marvel's incredible power, they banished him off the face of the universe. 

"They aren't heroes," Ross stated, "Ross, they just brought back half of the universes living organisms," Trump argued, leaning across the table. "They weren't heroes a few years ago. They don't work under any branch of government, no supervision with unlimited power. They are vigilantes," Ross argues more.

"Enough Secretary Ross," Trump declared and the room went silent, "If you have a problem with the Avengers, then do something about it yourself, but you don't have my approval to make the Avengers illegal,"

"Everyone go home," Trump ordered and the members of Cabinet began to file out of the room.

"Maybe, I'll do something about it," Ross muttered as he went to go plan.

The Avengers look around as they see their lost friends and family materialize back into a solid form.

Tony sees a kid, no older than sixteen. "KID! PETE!" Tony shouts and runs up to him, gripping him into a hug. "Mr. Stark!" Peter yelled back as he wrapped his arms around the older man's waist. 

Rocket is sobbing hysterically as he is holding onto Peter Quill, Drax, Mantis, and Groot. "I MISSED YOUR STUPID ASSES!", "WE MISSED YOU TOO TRASH PANDA!"

"Oh my Lord! James!" Steve shouts as he runs up to his lost lover (I feel like I ship Stucky too much.....whatever!) "STEVE!" Bucky yells and runs up to him. They both tackle each other on the ground. They kiss each other through tears.

Natasha and Wanda are giving each other a welcoming embrace, as is Sam and Rhodey.

T'Challa and Shuri are crying into each other's shoulders. 

Thor is smilingly sadly among the crowd, hoping is Brother will appear in the crowd.

"Brother?" He hears a voice behind him. Thor snaps around and sees Loki dressed in his green robes, "I can explain," Loki says and Thro runs up to his pulling him into a bone-crushing hug.

Everyone tells their lost loved one how much they missed them. "Let's all go home," Steve says as he wraps his arm tightly around Bucky's waist. 

"Yeah, Kid, we got you home to your Aunt May," Tony says, "Then after that, since you're an Avenger, you will be staying with us,"

They load into the quinjet and they soar off into the clouds.

It's been about a week since the defeat of Thanos. 

Everyone is slowly adjusting, and things are about back to normal.

The end credits of Batman vs. Superman roll, Tony shouts, "BULLSHIT! WE ARE WAY BETTER HEROES!"
