You begin to stir awake at the feeling of tickling at your ribs. You try to flinch away from the cold fingers of Bucky's metal hand digging into your side. The sensation makes you laugh, and your reaction makes Bucky chuckle. His warm breath up against the nape of your neck. You try to pull his hand away, but that just makes him pull you closer.

"Bucky!" you yelp when he pulls you underneath him and he hovers over you with his hands still digging in your sides. You laugh loudly and try to squirm away from his reach, but he has you trapped in between his legs. You hit his broad chest. He laughs, "There's no escaping this, doll, " he says and leans down to bite your shoulder as he continues to tickle you.

"B-Bucky! St-stop! I'm-I'm gonna pee m-my-myself!" You choke out in between your fit of laughter. Finally, he releases you and you huff in relief. You genuinely thought that you might've peed yourself if he kept at that. Bucky still hovers above you, the long brown hair framing his face. He smiles and kisses your nose. You lay there just staring at each other.

"I should probably go before Sam walks in and sees us, " Bucky says in a joking tone as he sits up from your bed. You sit up and lean against the headboard with a small frown. "I know we both agreed to stay on the down-low at the beginning of the relationship, but it's been over a half year. I think we can start being more open to the team, " you say and bring your knees to your chest. Bucky grabs his shirt off the floor and sighs.

"Maybe, I just-, " he stumbles with his words, "I just worry about if they find out or the public finds out and they get in between us, ". That was the major concern when Bucky first asked you out, it was also your concern. You don't live private lives and that is something that you both struggled to grow accustomed to, especially Bucky. You nod, "Well, maybe we can give it a shot, " you say with a soft smile.

Bucky also smiles and walks over to your side of the bed. He leans down and cups your face to kiss your forehead and then kisses your lips. You kiss back and hold onto his wrist, trying to get him to stay for a bit longer. "Doll, as much as I would love to stay and sleep in with you, Steve will be busting down the door to force me to go on a run with him, " he says and kisses you once more before pulling away.

You childishly frown and Bucky also pouts. "Don't make that face, I'll be back before you know it, " he says and you nod and shift your mouth from a frown to a grin. He nods and goes to leave your room and go into his own. "I love you, " he says and you smile bigger. "I love you too, " you reply back and he leaves and closed your door.

You are now left alone in your big empty, soon to be cold, bed. You pull the comforter closer to your naked body as you sigh. The tingling from the intense tickle attack you just endured lingered on your side and the bite on your shoulder that Bucky inflicted appeared red on your skin. You chuckled and began to think of a good way to get Bucky back.

By the time you were dressed and eating breakfast in the kitchen, which was oatmeal and fruit, Bucky and Steve were back from their run. You had to resist the urge to run up and kiss Bucky square on the lips. You both exchanged a sweet smile as he got a glass of water and you continued eating your breakfast.

"How was your run?" you asked both Steve and Bucky. Steve nods and answers, "Pretty good, beat him home by a second, " he says with a teasing tone. You smile as you look at Bucky, he was shirtless. Must've been hot this morning, his sweat-stained tank top was tucked into his gym shorts. You found yourself staring at the muscular body of Bucky. The abdominals, pectorals, his Adonis belt. You nod and pretend like you were listening to Steve.
