I really like it!
It's a little weird, because out of all the possible monogamous combinations in this ship, I only ship one of them. But if you make them polyamorous, I'm all for it.
All them have history which each other, too, as well as modern day relations (admittedly Poland and Lithuania have had some recent tensions, however).
Hetalia-wise, it'd be so adorable. Like can you imagine the kind of stuff they'd get up to? It'd be pretty domestic, too, and I can imagine them watching movies together.
