I love Dipcifica.
Northwest Mansion Mystery is one of the best-written episodes of the show.
In it, Dipper and Pacifica have great chemistry, and disturbing information about Pacifica's home life is revealed.
As the episode goes on, we see Pacifica get particularly attached to Dipper. Her insults get more affectionate as the night go on, and she's initially happy to see him again when he comes back to the mansion, and she's crushed when he calls her "another link in the world's worst chain". She was also particularly upset when Dipper turned to wood.
But despite this, Dipper doesn't give up on her, either. He apologizes for what he said, and helps her break her family's cycle of emotional abuse. That is why I ship them.
And that scene at the end where they have fun dirtying the rug? Adorable.
