I think PruIta is cute!
Historically, there's some basis--moreso for northern Italy than southern. They have fought together against Austria. During the Third Italian War of Independence, Italy was supported by Prussia, which resulted in Austria conceding the region of Venetia and the city of Mantua, which Italy later annexed.
Hetalia-wise, I think their dynamic could be super cute, and Prussia seems to have a soft spot for both Italy brothers. While I don't actually ship it, I think this ship is sweet.
