Lost in time G.D E.D

Part 21

"Olivia are you okay? You look like you've seen a ghost," Patrick asks as I sit behind Trevor.

"I'm fine, just a headache," I shake my head trying to shrug him off. I don't understand whats taking death so long to bring me back.

I didn't have time to ask him through the ouija this morning, I haven't used it in a while since I never felt a need to contact him.

We get to school and I sit at the smokers pit waiting for Patrick. He asks about Drama.

"So are you gonna try out for Juliet?"

"No, I'm just gonna stay on the crew, I give no shits about an A," I shrug.

"Suit yourself, I'll probably try for Benvolio or something," he shrugs and takes a drag of his cigerette.

Arron joins us before he needs to head to his class.

"Sup outcasts," Arron jokes as he lights his. We roll our eyes and Patrick finishes.

"Lets go liv, see you in 4th, give our regards to Ethan and Grayson," Patrick waves to him, Arron in their bowling class first period, I'm still mad at Death for not getting me into that class. Me and Patrick head to the gym where we assist the teacher for the freshman gym class.

We head to the theatre for 2nd period drama. I notice immediatly that Grayson isn't here. He's either skipping or might have slept in if the boys stayed out too late last night.

Ms.C likes to put us in reverse alphabetical order so James auditions for Romeo not knowing I quit Juliet.

"Grayson," she calls up, "Grayson dolan? Guess not," She marks him absent and sends more up.

"Patrick," she sends him up to the stage. He preforms a scene from Benvolio and she gives him the part.

He jokingly bows and takes his seat beside me. "Olivia?" She calls.

"I decline a roll, I'll just stay on the crew," I shrug and she sighs.

The auditions took up most of the class and she tells us to talk quietly while she types up the roles.

Any unfilled role will be left for other students in school to try out for, same with crew members. The bell rings and the three of us head to Philosophy where I notice Ethan is also missing.

"This isn't right, he never misses a test," Patrick shakes his head as we sit in our usual seats.

"Maybe Ethan's sick, Grayson just might have stayed home then," I point out.

"This just doesn't feel right," he shakes his head. Mr.Kritzer hushes us and passes out the test.

As always I finish mine fast and turn it in first. I notice I start biting my nails nervous. I quickly stop and watch Patrick.

"Wanna go study after class?" James asks knowing I don't eat lunch usually.

"Sure," I nod, I need to turn in our writing and psychology assignments since I didn't do them.

At 11 we leave philosophy and head up to the library. I sit at a table and start my homework.

19 minutes later I realize I've made a grave mistake as the first gunshots ring out downstairs.

I look into the eyes of A boy, knowing that his sister is already dead.

Everyone looks around confused but not knowing what I know.

I quickly realize I got my dates mixed up, and that I am a huge idiot.
