Lost in time G.D E.D

Part 43

I can't even count how many homecomings I've been to. Most of the time I've accompanied Tori,Nick, my parents, and friends like Arron or Patrick.

For the first time I have a 'date'  well I guess 'dates' because I made Ethan come because he has no date

I smile in my room listening to the two boys bicker in the bathroom over who is better at tying a tie.

Every year before now I shopped with Tori and Sammy always buying the same black dress

This time I picked a purple dress that I knew Grayson liked.  I sit on my bed playing with my hair while I listen to the boys smack each other and play.

I roll my eyes and check my alarm.  "Guys! It's already 8:30!" I yell at them. 

"We're coming!" Grayson runs out with his hair up in his cute ponytail. Ethan follows and I gasp looking at him.

Not once have I ever seen him in a suit. 

"Fucking hell E!" I look at him in surprise,

"You clean up nice!" 

"What about me?" Gray pouts. 

"You always look good Dolan," I smile up at him. 

"Alright, alright, lets get this over with," Ethan pouts Grayson hold my hand and we walk out

"Just don't expect us to go in February or May," Grayson mutters taking my other hand after I lock the door. 

"You will," I stick my tongue out and get in the backseat of Grayson's car.

The three of us drive and even park next to the limo my grandparents rented. 

"What pretentious fucks takes a limo to homecoming?" Ethan mutters. 

"Relax, lets just have fun," I squeeze his shoulder and get out.

The boys get on each side of me and we walk into the school. 

As always Steve, Chris, and Arron are in the commons and wave at me.

But their jaws drop looking at the boys on my arms. 

"Bro! You're wearing a suit" he said shocked

"Yeah we are, and if you fucking make fun of either of us on tuesday I'll pull out a god damn shotgun," Ethan threatens his coworker. 

Chris looks at him shocked and then bursts out laughing,

"Yeah, sure you will Kid," 

"See you Tuesday," Grayson winks and pulls us to the gym where the real dance is. 

"Oh my god, look at that whore," I hear a familiar voice behind me and I turn to find Sammy and Jake walking into the dance late. 

"Well, at least I'm not pregnant," I taunt her knowing why they're late. 

"W-what? I'm not?" She looks confused. 

"Come see me in a month or two," I pat her shoulder and walk away. I sit at the table Tori , Nick, and James are at.

Nick and his family recovered quickly after we attacked his house, thank god none of them were hurt. 

"You made it! I was worried you weren't going to show up," Tori smiles and holds my hand happily,

"Are you here with Patrick?" 

"Grayson" I smile looking at the him over my shoulder.

James looks upset, I still haven't had a full timeline without Him liking me. 

"Uh, are you dating them both?" She looks at me unsure. 

"No!" I laugh,

"We're here as friends," 

"Liv, they both gotta like you, no one else could convince them to do this, I don't know about Ethan but Grayson must be in love with you," she whispers. 

"Trust me, he's not. He has another friend who could convince him. Neither of them like me like that," I shrug. 

"Are you girls spreading rumors about us?" Ethan moves between us and Tori pulls away almost scared, its like she knows how this all ends.

She did have a weird sense for the original deaths so maybe she does know? 

"I was just telling Tori how cute you are dressed up," I wink and then squeeze his cheek. 

"Fuck off," he whines and bats at my hands. 

"You love it Kid," I giggle and get up. I pull them over to Hannah and Trevor on the dance floor. 

"Grayson!" Hannah squeals pulling away from Trevor,

"You look so good!" 

"I've heard," he chuckles. Me and Ethan start dancing while Trevor waits for Hannah to stop fangirling over our friend. 

"You having fun?" I yell at Ethan over the music. 

"Surprisingly, yes," he nods hesitant. Arms wrap around my waist from behind and Grayson lays his head over mine and he slowly moves us a little. 

The three of us spend the rest of homecoming as I usually do.

Grayson  sometimes leaving me for Hannah, Ethan sitting at the table, and me dancing with several of our friends. Even by the end I get Tori and Ethan laughing and dancing with each other. 

For the first time in my life I am confident knowing I saved Tori's life.

They may hate Nick still but not her. 

After the dance is over the three of us walk back to the car and just rest for a minute. 

"You guys have fun?" I smile laying in the backseat. 

"Yeah," they answer together and Grayson drives back to my house.

Both boys decided to get ready at my house so their moms wouldn't see them in suits and demand that they wear more often. 

The original plan was that we would all change into pajamas and either they go home or we all hang out watching tv in the livingroom. 

Instead the boys tear off their ties and the three of us all fall onto my bed and fall asleep immediatly, me passing out between my best friends.
