GENEVIEVE'S POV

Ken, Davis, and I all walked in silence. I held my crest in one hand and my Digivice in the other.

What was the secret? Sorcermon walked next to me and was watching me play with my crest. Crest of Bravery.

Heck, if I'm brave, the crest should have glowed a while ago.

I had only been there when Ellie's crest glowed, but it seemed to be something inside that triggered the glow.

I wrapped my fingers around my golden tag. I wanted to talk about how to make it glow with the others like Izzy or Joe, but who knew where they were.

I uncurled my fingers and looked at my crest. It was red with a light pink symbol in the center.

I pulled it on and heard a rustle nearby. A Digimon appeared, giggling.

Flamemon.

Sorcermon prepared his staff and aimed it at Flamemon. "Ice Illusion!"

Flamemon was in a snowstorm. Blowing gently, she made the storm instantly stop.

She jumped and kicked Ken and Davis down in one swift kick, but as she came for me, I grabbed her foot and threw her away.

Flamemon flipped midair and landed on her feet, still giggling. "A worthy opponent? That's new," Flamemon laughed.

That laugh is going to make me sick eventually.

I narrowed my eyes. I ran towards Flamemon and jumped, preparing a kick.

I was almost on top of her when I jumped off of the concrete inches from her faces and slid to a stop a few feet away.

I felt a warm feeling on my chest. I looked down and saw my crest was glowing!

"SORCERMON!" I exclaimed.

"SORCERMON, DIGIVOLVE TO...WATERWIZARDMON!"

Now, Sorcermon was WaterWizardmon.

From neck to waist, he was covered in ice crystals. His bottom half was turquoise scales. His hair was the same gold it always had been. A turquoise bandanna covered his mouth. Bright blue fins were on the outsides of his ankles. Whips surrounded by ice were in his hands. His skin-or what little you could see of it anyway-was a pale blue. WaterWizardmon opened his green eyes.

He jumped at Flamemon and held his whips. "Water Whips!"

He flung his whips forward and they hit Flamemon rapidly. Flamemon blocked most of them, but the last few knocked her off her feet.

"This is sad. Having to reach ultimate to stop a rookie. I guess I'm just more skilled," Flamemon taunted.

"How come you're on the concrete then?" I challenged.

"You haven't even seen my true power." Flamemon smiled evilly.

"FLAMEMON, DIGIVOLVE TO...AGUNIMON!" The Human Spirit of Fire stood in Flamemon's place.

If this was her champion form, I might be slightly scared.

Agunimon kicked WaterWizardmon before returning to Flamemon and flipping away. WaterWizardmon glowed and shrunk down to his in-training form of Eyymon. I picked him up.

This was going to be harder then I thought.
