Chapter Eight: Preparation For A Magic Night

ELLIE'S POV

Well, that ride only took forever.

Got stuck in traffic, ran out of gas, and went the wrong way for TWENTY HOURS.

Then the driver turned around.

People should have a map!

When I got to the school, I found some kid Izzy. We talked about tech. I had a Dream Duffel full of electronics and we looked at all of them.

"Hey, Ellie. There's a dance tomorrow and I was wondering if you wanted to go with me."

I nodded and smiled. "See you round."

GENEVIEVE'S POV

The dance was a few hours away. I couldn't wait. Ken and I spent nearly the whole day together. I found the rest of the gang a little while before the dance.

Delaney seemed obviously happy. I wondered what was up with Miss Silent.

I bet that if you gave her weapons, she'd be silent but deadly.

How accurate that is.

DELANEY'S POV

I was really happy Koichi agreed to go to the dance with me. We really understand each other. Back home, I was used to being ignored.

Koichi had been an evil Digimon for a long time. I guess we just get the fact that no matter how tough our past has been we can still live a normal life on the outside.

It's weird to define our relationship. I walked down the hall to see him around noon, five hours until the dance.

I knocked. Koichi answered(which I'll tell you, is new)and he invited me in. We chilled for a little while since Koji was hanging out with Zoe and Takuya.

We talked for a long time.

At two, I had to go. Kari wanted me to meet a new girl in the school named Ellie. I

wonder what that's about.

KYOI'S POV

I met Ellie today. Izzy really was excited to introduce her. Delaney, Genevieve, Kari, Sam, and a few other people showed up. Ellie was nice.

Plus she was staying with Mimi, Joe, Izzy and I in our room.

Another friend to keep close made this school better.

SAM'S POV

Louis and I got along well.

Except for one thing.

I LOVE pizza.

GUESS WHO DOESN'T?!?

DELANEY'S POV

I wondered who Genevieve saw in the store.

If it wasn't Wizardmon, who was it?

I asked Kari and TK, since they were familiar with the whole shadow thing.

Even they were clueless.

SAM'S POV

I went on a walk with Louis later. Sure was nice then.

I wondered if this relationship would last since it was my first.
