School

"Dusk.... Dusk.... DUSK!" I whispered across the classroom, she was drawing of course she wouldn't listen to me.
I folded my most recent draft up and handed it to pen " Pass this to Dusk." I whispered
Pen passed it along to Angelina and soon it was halfway across the room. Then the teacher snatched up the note. My face went pale.
"Passing notes in class, huh Red?" The teacher asked
" I love to see love letters..."
She then said "How about I read this to the Whole class?" I quickly snatched the note out of her hands and held it to my chest.
"Office, Now!"
I walked up to the office. Jekyll and Hyde soon walked in
"What have you done?!" Jekyll yelled
" you're grounded. No writing for two weeks." Hyde punished
"TWO WEEKS! Are you insane?" I yelled
" Yes, young lady. You need to be punished."
"What will the Army think?" I asked
"Well, they can live. You should've thought about that before you distracted your classmates and disrespected the teacher." Jekyll answered
I was so angry with them
They then took me home and locked me in my room.
About three hours later I heard someone throwing pebbles at my window. I went over to it and I saw Dusk and the others waving at me. I opened my window
" Punishment?" Dusk asked
"2 weeks, no writing." I said
They then smiled and brought a ladder up to my window
"Come on," dusk smiled " let's go." I nodded and climbed down gently the Army helping me with the last few steps down. We then hid the ladder.
We then went to Red Army HQ. I worked for awhile then I walked home
" Come on," pen whispered "sleepover at Dusk's."
I smiled and walked over to Dusk's we all stayed up watching movies and telling stories until dusk went in her room and the rest of us passed out in her living room, Pen, me, Angelina, and Shadow were in the living room. They insisted I'd sleep on the couch no matter how much I protested.
The next day I climbed up into my window and Jekyll and Hyde stood there with their arms crossed.
"Oh Red we were so worried!" Jekyll said as he hugged me
" Where did you go?" Hyde asked
"To dusk's." I whispered
"Never leave without permission." Hyde scorned "What of something were to happen to you?"
"You're not my parents." I mumbled as I crossed my arms
Jekyll looked at me quietly "Red we-"
I ran out the door "You're not my parents and you never will be!" I cried
"Red, please come back!" Jekyll cried
