But Pen and the other soldiers tell me not to stress
So I mustn't stress.
"I'm sorry I can't come." Hyde said to Jekyll hugging him tightly
"I understand... be careful." Jekyll replied
"Today feels like the day, and I cannot hurt you..."
" I told you I understand. I'll update you, I promise. You'll be the first to know!"
Hyde nodded "I better be or else..."
"You'd never hurt your loving husband."
"You're right. I could never hurt you."
Jekyll then left him standing in the yard, silently waving with broken eyes.
Hyde went inside and shut the door.
He then fell against the door. "Arrgh... now?" He grunted he locked the door quickly he knew he would stand the chance. A black mist came out of his mouth, his eyes watered.
"I'll sleep, then we can- negotiate." Hyde offered
The mist went back into his body and he coughed.
Then he went into his and Jekyll's bedroom and was soon asleep.
" Your child... if you have one." the demons moaned
" No, I can't. Never. I've already lost too much."
"Well, What do you suggest?" The demons asked
" Take me, like before, every night... but I have to be back at sunrise." Hyde whispered
" Well... Edward Hyde, looks like you've made a deal. We'll be coming..."
Hyde then sighed Jekyll would be home any minute. He wrapped himself up and laid there.
" Honey, I'm home!" Jekyll exclaimed
Hyde looked up as Jekyll walked in
Jekyll was beaming.
"Good news?" Hyde asked
"Very."
" Oh Really?"
"Mm-hmmm." Jekyll nodded
Jekyll plopped a book in Hyde's lap "Read it now."
The pages read "you know why I'm happy, Weirdo."
Hyde looked up and grinned. Jekyll looked at him and also grinned. Hyde jumped up and hugged him tightly " I'm so happy!" He cried then he started to kiss him lovingly
Then he felt it, his demons swirling and snapping at him from inside.
"What if I...." hyde whispered
Jekyll looked at him "You won't. We'll protect them."
Hyde smiled weakly " Our kid will be lucky to have you."
"Oh, they'll be extremely lucky to have you." Jekyll smiled
Hyde then lead Jekyll to the couch and they snuggled and just sat there smiling at each other.
