The day ( Pt. 2)

The whiskey..... It was everywhere, like blood coming out of the doctor.
I walked up to him, then the black mist took him to and I woke up in a sweat, screaming.
Another nightmare..... I got up and got dressed all while Skit wouldn't leave me alone.
Hyde slammed me against the wall as I walked out of my room, his eyes bloodshot and his smile a murderous upturned grin, " Where is he?"
"I don't know, Skit knows, not me. You of all people should know you can't control them." I whispered
He let go "Run along I'll see you when you get home."
I got to HQ, thankfully. I sat at my desk.
" You're having a bad day without me intervening aren't you?" Skit whispered in my head
I looked over at the bookcase.
"Come on Red.... No one would know, just lock the door and do it."
"but that would break the promise to everyone." I whispered
"Come on, just once. I promise I'll leave you alone."
I walked to the bookcase and opened the secret compartment. I grabbed a knife with shaky hands
"DO IT, DO IT!" Skit was screaming inside my head
The knife slowly skid across my arm. My desk was colored red by the blood.
I covered it up quickly then the screams of a thousand people filled my head and I fell into the corner and rocked back and forth while crying.
" Red..." I heard Pen beg from outside
I crawled over to the door and unlocked it.
She hugged me tightly as I sobbed
"I'm sorry, I'm so sorry." I mumbled over and over as she clung onto me
"What are you sorry for?" she asks her voice trembling as if she already knew
I whimpered in reply. Her eyes scanned my office she saw the smeared blood and the knife.
"Red...." she whispered as she hugged me tighter
" I'm sorry... It hurt."
" It's ok, it's alright I know your demons scream at you, ok?"
"I'm gone." I whispered
"No Red. That's not true, you're stronger than that."
I sighed and cried more and more.
I wouldn't survive
