Chapter Eight: Exams

(Y/N) Todoroki

The second that Midoryia, Iida, Shoto, and I walk through the doors of class 1-A after our internships, all of our class turns to us.

    "(Y/N), I can't believe you captured the Hero Killer!" Uraraka squeals, "It was all over the news!"

    The entire class soon begins to discuss the Hero Killer and I overhear Kaminari.

    "Don't you guys think he's kinda cool?" He says.

    "Kamina-" I cut Midoryia off by putting my hand to his mouth.

    I approach Kaminari calmly, then I lean in and whisper into his ear, "If you really are the traitor, I'd keep those opinions to yourself. You really are being transparent right now."

    The boy freezes and as I walk back to my brother, Mineta tries to figure out what I had said to the poor boy. Then our class begins, hero basic training. We have to think of All Might as a kidnapped civilian and save him.

    The first group is Ashido, Sero, Iida, Ojiro, Midoryia, and I.

    The second that we begin and All Might sends the distress signal. I pull the air from near me, creating a small tornado. then I jump into it and move it towards All Might. I watch as my classmates try to fly past me but Sero's tape takes to long to catch up and I land in front of All Might.

    "I never knew you could do that!" He yells, "But congratulations hero! You have saved me!"

    The next groups go and as the girls and I change out of our hero suits, I can hear the boys in their locker room.

    "Oh right, this is when Mineta tries to sneak a peek." I mutter, "Girls, stand back I'm teaching this pervert a lesson."

    I see his eye through the peephole, and he gasps as I send a vine through the hole. I wrap it around his neck and yell from the other side at him.

    "IF I EVER SEE YOUR FACE THROUGH THIS HOLE AGAIN I WILL BUST DOWN THIS WALL AND BEAT IT OUT OF YOU MYSELF!"

    "SORRY (Y/N), PLEASE DON'T KILL ME!" Mineta squeaks.

    I take a breath and cover up the whole with some earth I pulled from the ground while getting the vines up.

    After the midterms, which I placed second on (even though I shouldn't have), I am sitting in the cafeteria with the rest of my classmates. While eating, I notice a concerned look on Midoryia's face.

    "What's wrong?" I ask, he sighs.

    "I just want to know what we're doing for the exams." He says.

    I giggle, "We're- wait, I don't know if I should tell you."

    Kaminari squeals, "Please!? I will pay you."

    "I don't want the money but I will tell you all, I guess. You're going up against teachers, if I remember correctly, Jiro and Koda fight Present Mic, then Midoryia and Bakugo fight All Might, then Mineta and Sero are against Midnight. Kirishima and Sato are against Cementoss, then Kaminari and Ashido are against Nezu. Shoto and Yayorozu are against Mr. Aizawa and- then Tsu and Tokoyami are against Ectoplasm. Hagakure and Shoji are against Snipe, Idia and Ojiro are against Power Loader. And finally, Aoyama and Uraraka are against 13."

    My class freezes, "HUH!?"

    "We should probably train with our partners then, but-"

    I cut Midoryia off, "These teams may change, because I am here now and that makes the teams uneven. Maybe they'll just make my exam separate from everyone elses, I may have to fight a teacher by myself, without a teammate."
