Chapter Sixteen: The Possible Future

(Y/N) Todoroki

As the villains rush towards the first aid station, I touch the ground at the same time as Shindo, he tremors the earth and I move the earth to make a wall, blocking Gang Orca and the smaller villains from getting to the injured. But suddenly, Gang Orca uses his ultrasonic wave to knock out Shindo, I tch under my breath.

    "Get the injured to safety, I'll be able to hold them off!" I yell, quickly using the earth to move Shindo back with the first aid.

    "A single hero to hold off a gang of villains, how interesting." Gang Orca mutters, as he attempts to use a sonic wave on me too.

    I quickly blow myself away with my air, and I create three walls of earth around the group of villains. I line the walls with vines, and light them on fire. I then send a wave of ice under the ground, freezing the villains to the ground.

    Inasa and Shoto head over, "HEY, NO FIGHTING BOYS!" I yell.

    "We're here to help." Shoto yells.

    "No, go help the others evacuate, you're quirks are good for that. You may be good for fighting but originally your quirks aren't good with eachother. Shoto's fire makes the air rise when Inasa uses it. Just listen to me and go help the others!" I reply.

    Inasa smiles, while Shoto tries to fight with me. The villains aren't able to move but Shoto wants to make sure of that, so he completely freezes Gang Orca and makes him immobile. I realize that a few of the extra villains have gotten behind us.

    One attempts to shoot me with their cement but I create a wall of ice, somehow shocking the villains. Just as I'm about to immobilize the villains, an alarm sounds out, signaling the end of the license exam.

    I take a breath, dropping the earth walls and vines, heading to the villains that are completely frozen, melting the ice.

    "That was amazing, (Y/N)!" Inasa yells, as we both walk together to a large board where the results are going to be announced.

    I giggle, "You weren't so bad yourself, Inasa."

    All of the examines watch as the board lights up and reveals in alphabetical order who has passed the exam. Right away, I find (Y/N) Todoroki. I have passed the exam. Soon, we are passed the sheets that break down how we passed.

    "Hey (Y/N), how'd you do?" Kirishima asks, with Bakugo not trailing far behind.

    I smile, turning the page to show him, "I got one hundred points, a perfect score."

    The red-haired boy sweatdrops and I can feel a very dark aura behind me, I turn around to see Bakugo.

    "You didn't do ONE THING WRONG?!" He yells, I let out a terrified squeak, finally realizing why class 1-A is so scared of him.

    "I-I uh, I guess I didn't?" I reply.

    Bakugo isn't able to reply because we are soon given our hero licenses and are asked to leave the grounds. We head back to the UA dorms and when we arrive, I remember that Bakugo knows that something is up between Midoryia and All Might, they're going to fight. I am not letting this happen.

    I begin to head to ground beta but I see Mr. Aizawa exit class 1-A's dorm rooms.

    "(Y/N)?" He mutters, yawning, "Please don't tell me you're the one breaking curfew?"

    I chuckle, "No, it's Midoriya and Bakugo. I got up to go stop them before they got into trouble but it looks like I'm a little late."

    All Might appears beside me, "I was going to ask if I could go talk to them myself. Would you like to tag along, (Y/N)?"
