Chapter fourty one

Kathleen's POV

As I've promised Jake ay kinausap kuna si Kuya para mag-invest sa kumpanya nila. Pumayag naman siya kaya ngayon ay si Lee naman ang kakausapin ko. I've just enter inside the Haysuzawa Group of Companies building here in the Philippines para puntahan sa office niya si Lee. Tinawagan ko na siya kanina at sabi naman niya ay hindi siya busy kaya pweding-pwedi akong pumunta.

"Miss, what floor is Mr. Haysuzawa's office?" I asked the receptionist who's currently chitchatting with other employees.

"Bakit po ma'am? Do you have an appointment with him?" she asked and I nearly arched a brow. Buti nalang at sanay nako sa mga ganito at naiintindihan ko naman na ginagawa lang niya ang trabaho niya kaya pinili ko nalang ngumiti.

"None. But I have something important to discuss with him. You can call him and informed him that I'm here." I said and she nod. Kinuha din niya ang telephone na nasa harap niya and called Lee.

She also told him what I have just said to her a while ago at nakita kong binaba na niya 'to. "Ma'am, busy po yata si Sir pero according to her secretaray dumiretso nalang daw po kayo sa office niya. Sa 10th floor po."

I nodded and bid my thanks to her before I left. Kaagad na rin akong sumakay sa elevator. Muntik ko pa ngang maisipang maghagdan kase ayoko sa elevator at nahihilo ako. Nawawala din ako sa mood pag sumasama ang pakiramdam ko.

I press the 10th floor button and as soon as I arrived ay para nakong masusuko. Pinilit ko pa ring maglakad while trying to dismiss my diziness.

Wala yung secretary sa labas ng office niya kaya dumiretso nalang ako papasok. And I've entered only to find out that he's talking with another girl.

"Excuse me." I said and they both looked at me. The girl also arched a brow at me while gave me a smile.

"Who the hell are you?" The girl queried and I nearly throw my shoes in her. Di yata siya naturuan ng right manners. Peste siya! "What do you want from my boyfriend? Are you here to flirt with him?" she asked again. 'Ay gaga!'

"Helga, stop that." Lee interrupted and I mentally laughed bitterly. 'May girlfriend siya? So, isa lang palang malaking joke yung pag'a-I love you niya sakin nun? Wow, just wow.'

"Don't worry Miss, I'm not here to flirt with your boyfriend. I'm just here to discussed some business matters to him. So if you don't mind, can you leave us first?" I stated and she stared at me sharply.

"You can still discuss it even if I'm around." she utter and I laughed. I purposely did that to displease her.

"No, I can't. You're such an eyesore for me and I think I can't concentrate when you're around." I said with a crook smile and her face turned red in anger. Si Lee naman ay mukhang nage'enjoy pa sa panunuod samin. Humanda talaga siya pagkatapos ko sa babaeng 'to!

"How dare you! Hindi mo ba ako kilala ha?!" she yelled and her manners totally gone. I hate people who are out of manners. Pasensyahan nalang dahil mainit din ang ulo ko dahil sa pesteng elevator!

"Hinde. Bakit? Nagpakilala ka ba?" I asked with a hint of sarcasm and I saw her smirked. 'Mukha kang unggoy!'

"Well, let me introduce myself on you. Ako lang naman si Helga Hernandez. And my Dad is the one of the investors of AGC. And Don't you dare mess up with me or else I'll ask my dad to make your life one of a hell." she said proudly and I nearly laugh hard.

"Oh really? That's nice. Ako naman ang magpapakilala." I said at walk to face her. "Kathleen Ariel Alonzo, daughter of the owner of AGC."

As expected her eyes widened in disbelief. Pero, di pa ako tapos. "And what did you said again? You'll ask your dad to make my life a hell? Well, if that's the case, don't bother anymore. Let me inform you that Hell is my kingdom." I said and smirked.
