I end up getting home at 1:26 in the morning. Of course I didn't drive home but I don't even think I could walk to the complex.
I finally make it to the front door before slowly opening it and balancing myself against the wall. I kick my shoes off and set my coat on the couch. I reach for a light switch to let some light in but as I do, Brian appears from our bedroom.
"Hey.." He mumbles in a raspy low voice.
"Hi..." I reply while reaching for a glass of water, stumbling as I do.
"How much did you drink?" He asks as I almost drop a glass.
"Ummm.... I think 3 beers... or was it 4?" I ask myself while taking a drink of water. He chuckles as I second guess myself.
"Did ya have fun?"
"Oh yeah. Fred and Rog are great drinking buddies." I lie trying to keep my eyes open.
"Alright lovie, lets get you to bed." He chuckles again before approaching me and holding me upright as we head towards the bedroom. I basically fall on the bed with my clothes on as brian takes his shirt off.
"What did you do when I was gone?" I muffle into the covers as Brian brushes his teeth.
"I just read a book but I received a call from a college in Wales."
I shoot up and eye him from the bedroom. "Wh..why?"
"They want me to start classes in astrophysics. They said if I started now, I would be able to join the NASA engineering team in 3 years."
"Th..that's great..Bri. Are you gonna take it?" I ask sitting up all the way.
"No? Are you kidding me? If I left to college now I would have to leave the band and essentially you too. I don't want to leave my family." He says wiping his face with a face towel before tossing it on the counter of the bathroom.
"But, it's such a great opportunity...are you sure?"
He takes a seat on the bed next to be while eyeing me weirdly. "Why? Do you want me to leave?"
"No no, of course not it's just...it's a great opportunity for you Brian. Imagine what you could do to help the space station."
"As great as it sounds, I wouldn't take a billion pounds, if it meant leaving my future wife." He says wrapping his arm around me and kissing my cheek.
'See? This is what I don't want to lose. If I actually date roger, I would be walking away from my source of happiness. I get that roger cares about me but I'm not sure he actually wants to be with me. I feel he doesn't want me for who I am but for who I look like. I don't know, maybe it's the alcohol talking.'
"What did I do to deserve you?" I whisper as I lean my head against his shoulder as he gently rubs my back.
"You took me for who I am and loved me more than I've ever been loved before." He replies, caressing my cheek.
"We should get married sooner..." I whisper smiling at his charming look.
     "Why's that dear?"
"So I can be a May already."
He smiles still gently stroking my cheek. "I love you with all my heart Isabelle May." He coos before slowly placing a kiss on my lips.
"I love you so much more Brian May." I reply kissing him back with all the love I had for him.
Roger was great. He was kind, funny, and romantic, but compared to Brian, brian had all those qualities Times ten. I'm not sure why I'm hanging around roger, I guess I want to experience different men than Brian, I'm not sure. I don't even know what I'm talking about right now.
"How about in July?" He suggests, breaking the silence.
"Your birthday?"
"Mmm Hmm."
"I like that idea." I reply smiling at the thought.
"We only have 2 months to plan then." He adds.
"We'll figure something out. We always do." I say sleepily as I close my eyes.
"I love you sweetheart." He whispers as I drift off to sleep.

"Hello this is John Austin, I can not reach the phone right now..." I place the phone back on its cradle before heading back to the kitchen. I've been trying to reach Mary for more help with my wedding but I couldn't seem to reach her or her father.
"No luck..." I say to Brian as he drinks his tea at the counter. He shakes his head before taking another sip of his tea.
"It's fine...we'll figure it out on our own. What else do we need?" He asks cocking an eyebrow in curiosity.
"Well we need a location, a reservation, invites, rings, ring barrier, decorations..."
"Woah woah woah love. We don't need all those things." He interrupts my listing.
"But...I want it to be perfect..."
"And it will be. How about just a location, rings, and invites?" He suggests showing a sympathetic smile.
"We need a cake."
"V can do that. She's a great baker."
"Then I guess the only hard thing would be the invites." I sigh.
"It's not gonna be a huge problem. I don't know too many people."
"Well, I have a ginormous family us Curry's." I exaggerate at my large family.
"The more the merrier." He smiles getting up and placing his empty cup in the sink.
Then a thought hit my head. "Bri...who am I gonna walk down the aisle with?" I ask since my dad wasn't there to do so.
He grows silent for a bit before replying. "Your mother can or you can just walk down by yourself." He suggests while rinsing his mug.
"I guess." I sigh.
"Hey it's alright love. If anything Freddie would be delighted to walk you down." He chuckles making me smile as well.
"Oh you boys. Your gonna be the death of me." I giggle but what can I say...those boys were the best thing to ever happen in my life.
