I hurry back in so the boys wouldn't notice my absence. As I make my way inside the house, I find Brian lecturing Roger about smoking.
"You can do it, that's fine, but you can't do it in here. Y'know I don't like the scent of smoke Rog." Brian says, letting out a sigh and soothing his stressed temples while I enter the kitchen. They both turn to look at me as I awkwardly make it over towards the pantry to pull a loaf of bread out.
"How'd you sleep Rog?" I ask trying to break the thickness in the air as I pop a slice into the toaster. 'Damn it, I should have not asked that question!' For I knew what the answer was gonna be.
"Pretty well for the most part except for the fact I woke up at 6:45 in the morning to the sounds of you two fucking each other." He replies leaving the two of us exchanging embarrassed looks and red cheeks.
I turn back towards my awaiting breakfast as my face turned as red as a cherry tomato. I could sense Brian's agitated emotions towards the fact that Roger had said that aloud. But we stood in silence for approximately 2 minutes before the toast popped up, making me jump a little.
I hurry back to the dining table where Roger was sitting the night before. Brian leaned over the counter, still with red cheeks, before taking a seat beside me.
"So... do you guys have rehearsal today?" I ask as Brian places a small kiss on my forehead. Roger shrugs in response to my question while Brian sat motionless next to me.
"Well... we would but," Brian starts as if unable to give his reasoning for not going. I eye him in confusion as to why they were acting this way.
"Freddie hasn't been the best bandmate these days." Roger finishes, pursing his lips and staring down at the table below him.
"Well, he's just not been available lately." Brian corrects trying to make Freddie's action seem less controversial. I quietly look back down at my toasted bread and take a small bite, not wanting to carry on with the subject.
"Well, this has been interesting. I'm going to go to the bar for most of the day. If you need me, I'll be downtown." Roger says, excluding himself from the table and making his way towards the front doors. Brian and I exchange looks once again as Roger exits the house towards his parked car in the driveway.>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
Rogers POV
"Wanna refill mate?" The bartender asks, allowing me to raise my sullen head from the bar to nod in a yes. He takes my glass to refill the strong alcohol as I slump back down on the bar.
"Oh god Dom why did you leave me?" I mumble in a raspy voice as the bartender returns with a filled glass. As much as I didn't love her a ton, I still liked her as much as anyone else... except Izzy. 'God I'm so stupid.'
Suddenly I feel a presence next to me as I spot a lady take a seat on the barstool to my right. I lift my head to get a better look at the rather beautiful blonde as she orders herself a drink. I guess she noticed my staring because she turned to lock eyes with me before smiling embarrassingly.
"Hi. Can I help you?" She asks in a rather sweet tone followed by a pearly smile. My cheeks turn red as I snap out of my daze.
"Oh yeah, sorry. It's just, I've never seen a pretty blonde like you. You almost seem, familiar." I slur, just noticing my drunken tone making her giggle at me.
"You aren't so bad yourself. You look familiar as well." She replies before getting her drink in hand. She turns to analyze my face as I try to do the same to her. 'God she looked so familiar.' "Are you... Roger Taylor from Queen?" She asks as she scans me up and down.
"That's me. What's your name doll?" I ask, dazing off into her beautiful blue eyes looking almost as blue as mine. She bats her lashes for bit before responding.
"Kira."
"Kira..." I repeated, liking how the name rolled off my tongue. "Beautiful name," I mumble as I daze off into a trance. 'God she's so beautiful too.' I think as I continue to gaze at her.
"Can I buy you a drink rockstar?" She asks, twinkling her eyes at me as I flash a small smile at her. I nod my head in response as she orders me a margarita.
"So Kira, tell me about yourself." I say, pivoting my body so I was facing her completely. I took the small amount of time to actually look at her body. 'Damn, she's hot.' I think as I eye her curvy body shown through her tight tube dress.
"Well, I'm 27, I'm a college drop out, I was born here in London, and I just so happen to like your band." She says followed by a small wink and a pearly smile. I bite my lip at her smile, god she was gorgeous. But... not as gorgeous as Izzy. 'Izzy... oh god.'
My mood completely changes as she comes to mind once again. Kira noticed because I could see her eyeing my worriedly from the corner of my eye.
"You alright?" She asks in a concerning tone as she cocks her head in question of my sullen behavior.
"Yeah, just a...break up thing." I respond, not wanting to get caught on the horrid subject.
"I know what you mean. I...recently had my boyfriend stolen from me by this dumb bitch at my high school." She explains before taking a sip of her beverage. She seemed tense towards the subject also, so I decided to change it.
"Well, cheers to being single." I chuckle as I raise my glass towards her making her smile in return at my stupid joke.>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
Lucy's POV
I clink glasses with Roger before taking another sip of my drink. 'How much more convenient can it get?' This was perfect. I had a way to get to the wedding without having to sneak in. Now that Roger thinks I'm "Kira" I'll be able to toy with Izzy's feelings while destroying the happiest day of her life.
"I can already tell you and I are gonna get along quite fine Roger." I say followed by a smirk. He had no idea what was coming.
