Too Addicted

Chapter Nine

I'm sorry that it has taken me so long to update, I've had so much school work lately. This week is less hex to so hopefully I can update more than once this week to make up for not updating. Now for chapter nine :)

Leo's POV

As I pulled her into In-n-Out I might have seemed so calm but honestly my stomach was doing flips. Although our kiss was short I felt my whole body shake when I pressed my lips against hers. God was she so perfect, I couldn't help myself. I'm glad I did it and I think she was too even though she didn't say anything.

Once we got in and sat down with our food she couldn't stop smiling and I couldn't stop looking at her. We fed each other and laughed a lot at nothing in particular. I didn't want the moment to end but I know we had to leave soon to get back to school on time. So we finished up and made our way back to her car. Once inside her car I turned to look at her and ended up just staring. She looked over at me blushing like she always does.

"What are you staring at dummy?", she said trying to contain the smile coming to her lips. I wanted so badly to kiss those lips again but i contained myself.

"You darling, I'm staring at you because you never fail to captivate me", I said while reaching over to hold her hand.

She smiled and squeezed my hand before letting go to start the car.

We got to school 5 minutes before lunch ended luckily so we didn't have to rush back in. She stepped out once the car was parked and off, and was about to start walking away. I rushed out the car and started walking towards her. I caught up to her and grabbed her hand in mine as we continued to walk. She looked down at our hands and then back up at me with her breathtaking smile. She got on the tips of her toes and kissed my cheek, then came close to my ear and whispered, "I had a great time today but don't think you've won me over yet".

I turned to her with a confused look and she grabbed my face in her small hands and kissed me. This time when she pulled away I was the one left staring down at her. She smiled and said "I got you wrapped my finger baby. This might be your game but we both knowing whose really winning".

And with that I watched that perfect little body walk away from me. I know it's cliche but damn, I loved watching her walk away.

Lillie's POV

Did I really just do that? I didn't even think I was able to do something as bold as kiss him and make him watch me walk away. But I did it, and I must have looked fucking great. I smiled to myself thinking of the way he jumped a little when I kissed him, and how his big hands found their way to my waist and pulled me closer. I didn't want to move away but I know for once I needed to be the one to leave him speechless, and I did.

As I was lost in thought I didn't realize I was making my way to Sarah's locker. She saw and her reaction was to smile, but then her face changed to that angry puppy look she gets when she's upset. She walked over and hit my arm, not too her because then she'd feel bad for hurting me but hard enough so I'd understand she was mad.

"Hey! What was that for?" I said rubbing the place where she hit me.

"You left me alone during lunch without saying anything. You know I only hang out with you during lunch!". Her cheeks were now red so I grabbed her face and kissed her forehead.

"I'm sorry, I should've told you I was going out for lunch. Leo took me out to In-n-Out"

"Leo? Is that the same kid that took yoke journal"

"Yeah but-"

"You went on a lunch date with the guy that took your most prized possession?! God you're lucky I don't neck you right now" she said with an annoyed look on her face.

"Sarah it's okay, he apologized and he didn't even read it which is even better. I have it back and I had a nice lunch, shouldn't that be the only thing that matters" I said trying to make the puppy dog face at her.

She looked at me and laughed, "Ugh I hate it when you do that. Fine you little fucker, I forgive you".

She pulled me in for a big hug and I smiled knowing I had the best friend ever. When I pulled away I went into my bag and pulled out an In-n-Out bag.

"This is for you", i said holding it out to her, "You don't think I'd go to your favorite place without getting you something did you?".

She squealed in excitement and snatched the bag away from me. She looked inside and then smiled back at me. "You got my favorite! Oh Lillie, thank you so much. This makes up for ditching me, and I'm sorry for hitting you".

I laughed and started pulling her towards our next class. "It's okay puppy, as long as your happy then I am too".
