The Little Senju and Orochimaru

The giant snake then began slithering away with Naruto inside of it. I made a hand sign in my rage creating a katana, "What?!? I'm not interesting, huh?!?" I shouted sinking my blade into the creature's skull, but it was no use as the beast proceeded to ignore me and continued on its way, "Are you trying to make me mad?!?" I continued slashing at the creature, "So you think it's okay to eat people that I want to protect?!? I won't allow!!! Not now not ever!!!" Just as I was finally breaking the skin of the beast it started to inflate like a balloon being filled with helium, "What?" I was much calmer this time as I understood what was happening after a moment and hopped away to the low hanging branch of a tree. With a wet explosion the snake was no more leaving many Narutos drenched in the snake's stomach acid, "Are you alright?" I asked the original helping him to his feet.

"I'm fine!" he huffed as the clones disappeared.

"Now we have to get to Sakura and Sasuke. Who knows what they're dealing with right now?"

"Right!" Naruto nodded, "Let's go!" We took off leaving what was left of the snake to the elements, "Thanks for trying to get me out by the way!"

"I couldn't just let my teammate get eaten by a giant snake." I laughed as I never expected to say such a strange sentence in my life.

"There's something I've been meaning to ask you too!" Naruto started as we continued to move through the forest, "Why is that you can talk and yell so confidently when you're in battle and yet any other time you can hardly speak"?

"I was never around other people when I was younger, so I don't know how to interact with people, but I was always in training, so I can be confident in my abilities." I answered not bothering to look at him as I was too worried about the other two, "When we get there you should come out first and I'll come in later and ambush them. That woman is up ahead and is fighting with them right now, so be careful."

A bit later the two of us split up heading for the battle from two different directions. Naruto headed straight for them sending a barrage of kunai and shuriken in between Sauske and the creepy woman, "Looks like I came just in time!" Naruto boasted cockily while I hid below them on the forest floor behind a think tree trunk, but it was just then that I realized why I recognized that chakra, that gross chakra. That wasn't a woman at all, but Orochimaru one of the legendary sannin.

Sasuke's POV

"Oh... and by the way what was that password again???" Naruto questioned as he suddenly appeared, but where was Izumi? Was she alone somewhere else in this forest?

"Hurry Naruto! Get out of here while you still can!" I screamed to him, but he just sat there staring at our attacker, He doesn't get it! He doesn't know what he's dealing with! What do I do?!? All I could do was watch as Naruto continued to yell at the woman, Wait... This chakra... I see... She had Naruto come out first, but what is she planning? "You can have it!" my eyes reverted to normal, "The scroll that's what you want! Alright then take it and leave us in piece!" I held out our scroll to the woman.

"What?!?" Naruto and Sakura gasped in unison.

"Are you crazy or what?!?" Naruto pointed at me, "We're just going to hand over the scroll to the enemy?!? There's no way!! What's wrong with you?!?"

"Shut up Naruto and Stay out of it!!!" I shouted hoping that just this once he would listen

"Very wise and sensible..." the woman muttered reaching towards  the scroll as I held it out to her. I threw the scroll, "Good choice..."

Before the scroll could reach her Naruto snatched from midair and landed next to me, "Stop playing the hero!!! Just stay out of this and leave it to me!!!" before I could finish my sentence I was sent backwards by Naruto's fist and blood flew from my open mouth, "Stupid fool!" I continued as someone appeared on the branch next to me. Izumi had finally made her appearance.

"Uchiha's right! Naruto you can't win this fight!" She didn't sound any kinder than she ever had when she said my name, but this time something was different. She was agreeing with me, which up till now it was always the other way around. She always agreed with Naruto not me. What was different this time? Did she know something I didn't? "Naruto please... it's the only way. We can find another scroll. I know we will. There's no other way."

"I might not know the password, but I do know who I am!" Naruto stared bitterly at the two of us, "I'm not so sure about you two... How do we know you're the real Sauske and the real Izumi?"

"What do you mean?!? It's clearly the real Sauske and Izumi!!!" Sakura countered, but I knew even if she said so Naruto wasn't prepared to give up. Not by a long shot, "Don't be so stupid!"

"They're lying!" he growled lowering his eyes, "You may look just like them, you may sound just like them, but there's no way you two are the teammates I know!" he huffed trying to catch his breath from his little speech, "The ones I know would never give up like this! When did you two become such cowards!!!"

The woman chuckled as he finished, "Sad, but true..."she stood up and rolled up her sleeve revealing a strange tattoo on her arm, "Either way it doesn't matter... As far as the scroll goes I could simply kill you and take it." she bit her thumb causing it to bleed and drew a line on her tattooed arm, "Summoning jutsu!" she breathed making some quick hand signs and slamming her hand to the branch where she stood. A snake then appeared beneath her feet as she went for Naruto, "Careful." she taunted him, "She likes to play with her food." the snake smacked into Naruto sending him flying into a branch with a hard thud.

Izumi's POV

No... At this rate... It's my job to protect him. That's my mission. I worried, but continued to watch their battle. As Naruto fell from the spot where he'd hit the tree there was a change in his chakra and I knew that yet again, just as in the land of waves, I failed. As he opened his eyes they were no longer the friendly blue eyes that I was familiar with. Instead they were a bright red with slits like a cat's. I could do nothing as he fell straight for the snake's mouth. I was frozen to the spot.

"Eat this!" Naruto Bellowed as his fist fell straight to the snake's face forcing it to retreat slightly and I stared into those eyes. Those eyes with far more blood lust than should be humanly possible, but it was different than it had been in the land of waves. It seemed that currently Naruto had more control over his actions than he'd had when fighting Haku. He continued punching the snake not stopping for a single moment to even catch his breath. As he went for Orochimaru atop the snake's head the man sent s fire jutsu his way and he became completely engulfed in the flames.

"That fire in his eyes there's no mistaking it..." Orochimaru gasped looking down as Naruto recovered from the attack. Sakura and Sasuke both gasped in shock at Naruto's new found strength finding it hard to imagine that the boy before them who had attacked the snake so furiously could be the same Naruto that they had known before, but I knew it was. This strength was because of Kurama, the nine tailed fox. He was the one responsible, "Now let's see how well you do Sasuke!" Orochimaru turned toward my raven-haired comrade and the snake blasted toward him.

As the attack approached Sasuke I was still frozen for the spot, but I begged my body to move, "Are you okay... You big chicken!" Naruto taunted Sauske using Sauske's words that he'd used back then when Naruto had failed to do anything to the hidden mist ninja that had attacked us at the beginning of our mission with the bridge builder. Sasuke's eyes grew wide as he looked into Naruto's, "Standing there frozen like a frightened rabbit. No way you're not the Sauske I know!" As Naruto finished Orochimaru's tongue wrapped around his torso lifting him up into the air. My comrade squirmed in an attempt to get away from the powerful ninja, but it was no use. There was no way he'd be able to get away at that point. Orochimaru made a strange hand sign and his face grew close to Naruto's before lifting up his shirt and plunging his fingers that glowed of a purple fire causing Naruto to yell out in pain. After removing his hand a second seal appeared on Naruto's skin and moments later his eyes returned to normal and he lost consciousness. He was then tossed aside to fall to his death.
