The Little Senju Starts Training

Izumi's POV

"I don't care if he is a dirty old man..." Naruto declared, "That guy's the real deal!" he then ran off in an attempt to catch up with Pervert-Chan.

"Sorry Rin..." I scratched the back of my head with an exhausted look, "I should really keep an eye on those two, so I'll see you later!"

"Right... See you then!"

"Watch what you're doing you disgusting old man!" a woman cried halting both Naruto and I in our tracks. We both turned sharply in order to see Pervert-Chan and a woman walking out of a building, "Filthy beast!" she snarled slapping him across the face.

"Are you ever going to grow up Pervert-Chan?" I questioned making a disgusted face, "Now come over here so I can knock your face in!" I raised my fist so he would get the message.

"What was I thinking...?" Naruto commented looking disappointed, "This guy's really pathetic..." to which I nodded lightly, "He's even pervier than my last trainer..." he started walking toward the white-haired man, "But it's not like I've got much choice..."

"Huh?" Pervert-Chan turned to look at us two genin, "You and Izumi..." he mumbled staring at us and Naruto made some complaints, which led to him getting stashed in a vase, "Put a lid on it! There you can train in there for awhile!" he declared laughing as he marched away.

Jiraiya's POV

I sat behind fallen tree with a pipe hanging from my lips and in a moment I blew out smoke, "What I'd give for a few minutes with a young pretty girl..." I muttered in an exhausted fashion, Sorry Izumi... I thought with a sigh, But I can't talk to you with Naruto around... I peered at the clouds imagining when shuriken were flung in my direction to which I scrambled over the fallen tree.

"You can't get rid me that easy!"

"Be careful with those shuriken you idiot!!!"

"Huh? a substitution jutsu?" Naruto asked himself as he looked on the other side of the tree, "Not bad old man...!" with that he ran off in the opposite direction.

With a poof I returned to normal, "That was close..." I said in relief, "Ha, Little squirt! He'll have to be a lot smarter than that to outsmart the toad mountain sage!" I chuckled to myself with closed eyes.

"Oh Yeah?" he appeared suddenly on the other side of the tree, "How am I doing now?"

"Alright now let's begin your training..." I had led Naruto and Izumi to a shallow stream not far away.

"And you really mean it this time?"

"A sage always means what he says!" I retorted looking down at the blond boy, "Now show me that technique you were working on earlier and you too Izumi!"

The two genin both rose to their feet and walked toward the gently flowing water. Each made a single hand sign focusing the chakra in their feet before trying to balance their weight on the water. After a moment they both stepped out with Naruto looking like he was about to fall through the surface and Izumi looking like she'd been doing the technique her whole life. Not a second later Naruto finally lost his balance entirely and pushed Izumi into the water along side him.

I began to laugh hysterically as Izumi glared daggers at her blond comrade, "You really do need help don't you?" I chuckled warmly.

"I should know by now to take my clothes off!" the blond announced throwing his clothes to the side.

"Don't strip in front of me!!!" Izumi scowled her face turning a slight hint of red, "I don't think this training is helping me too much either..."

Izumi's POV

I sat on the bank of the stream with my fingers gliding through my long midnight blue locks as I looked on at Pervert-Chan helping Naruto with the walking on water technique. Currently Naruto was demonstrating how he built up chakra by making a hand sign and both the seal that kept in the nine tails and the five pronged seal that he'd received in the forest of death had appeared on his skin. A look of concern washed over Pervert-Chan's face as he too took note of the multiple seals. With a glance in my direction I nodded silently and he understood the situation instantly.

"Raise your hands over your head!" Pervert-Chan beckoned with a gentle motion of his hand as he hid the other behind his back. I rose to my feet preparing for the inevitable, "It's a trust exercise! Come on raise em high!" he smiled, "Five pronged seal release!" he yelled plunging the tips of his fingers into Naruto's stomach sending him flying as I rushed over to catch the bare chested boy, "Now go try walking on the water again!"

Naruto gave a troubled expression as he had an arm folded across his midsection, but ultimately obliged to the white-haired man's request, "That's weird..." he gasped as he balanced on the water's fragile surface with little difficulty, "Look at me!" he announced jumping up and down on the water, "No problem!"

A bit later we conversed on Naruto possessing two chakras to which I was mostly silent as there wasn't really much for me to add to the conversation. Not soon after Pervert-Chan decided that we'd had enough training for the day, which I was thankful for. Even though I hadn't actually gotten much training in after spending all that time trying to find Pervert-Chan I was nearly completely exhausted. I left the two of them as the sun had just started to touch the horizon. Crickets sang loudly as I arrived at my apartment and I sighed frowning. I was alone again. With that I shrank beneath the covers pretending that as I drifted between sleep and wake that there was someone watching over me.
